Room had roaches, hotel staff were aware and didnt seem to care.

Not pleasant for family

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel and will certainly use it again. The room was clean and while basic certainly met our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Connected to to motel is a very good restaurant which we also recommend. Overallvery satisfied with our stay

La chambre est vraiment détérioré. Ex. Le silicone autour du bain noir, le tapis est sale, les mur et les meubles sont usées. Il y a beaucoup de travailleurs qui se rassemble ensemble dehors en fin de journée et qui démarrent leur camion diesel à 6h00 am en klaxonnant pour que les collègue se dépêche ... L'air climatisé bruyant et pas récents, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres (il y a une vis qui bloque l'ouverture) ...

From the moment we entered the lobby, there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the building. The carpets appeared dirty and poorly maintained, creating an immediate concern regarding cleanliness standards. The situation became worse upon reaching our room. In the hallway beside our room was a bag containing used adult diapers left sitting outside another guest room in 28-degree heat. The smell was overwhelming and entirely unacceptable in any hotel environment. Inside the room itself, there are visible cigarette burn marks on the bathroom counter, damaged and deteriorating surfaces, and the bathroom fixtures feel unstable and unsafe to use. The overall condition of the room does not remotely match reasonable expectations for a property listed on your platform. I have pics. I Hotels.com because I trusted your company to present accommodations that meet basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality. This experience has left me seriously questioning whether Hotels.com vets or evaluates the properties it promotes to customers. At this point, I would appreciate: - A response regarding Hotels.com’s standards and vetting process for listed properties - An explanation as to how a property in this condition remains available on youravailable on your platform Appropriate compensation or resolution for this experience I look forward to your response. Hotel was out of date, and not clean.

Everything is good except the rooms arent very clean.. found a tooth in my bed, lots of dirt behind the bed and chairs.. substantial amount. Bathroom is nice, king size bed is awesome, would lovvee to stay more often

The price was right and we got exactly what we expected. The rooms could have been cleaner ( coffee stains on the walls above garbage can) could use a fresh coat if paint as the walls were scuffed but all in all the beds were clean and it was a convenient place for us to stop.

Sufficient

Don't count on a hot shower or litterless property but it is comfortable clean and quiet inside.. there is only one microwave downstairs not in the room..

We been there only for one night, and this is quite this hotel is good for. Short stay. It is average, with nothing wrong, nothing great, basic amenities and fair comfortable room. The neighborhood is fine and you do have some restaurant and gas at proximity. Suggested for a quick stay, at not too expensive price.

Sorry to say that every single window in the building was filthy. In my room the TV was full of streaks and so were some of the mirrors. The bed was comfortable, but they don't give out Washcloths, only towels.

Staff is good room was supposed to have a microwave and didn't the shower wasn't spraying and the tub flooded and I'm still waiting for my deposit back for the last 3 times I stayed in all its ok in a pinch but a little bit rundown

If i could give a zero i would. Stayed in my room for 15 minutes before realizing this place is infested with cockroarhes
