NIE WIEDER! Sehr schlechtes Personal, welches fast nie vor Ort anwesend war und auch keine Auskunft zum Restaurant/Bar (Frühstück) und Check-out geben konnte. Wir standen beim Check-out vor einer leeren Reception und bei Nachfrage hiess es, dass wir noch bis 14:00 Uhr warten müssen (Check-out gemäss Info-Mail und Infobroschüre im Zimmer 11:00 Uhr). Ebenfalls wusste er auch nicht Bescheid, ob das Zimmer (inkl. oder exkl. Frühstück) bereits bezahlt wurde. Ein Päärchen, welches bereits den vollen Preis inkl. Frühstück bezahlt hat, hatte das selbe Problem. Von einer Problemlösung keine Spur...

Stanza bellissima e spaziosa con vista su Menziken e le vicine colline. Il letto era comodissimo e non avrei voluto alzarmi la mattina successiva. Le uniche due note negative sono l’assenza di attacchi usb in camera e l’assenza di una reception 24 ore. La mattina al momento del checkout non c’era nessuno se non un cartello che avvisava gli ospiti di chiamare un numero di telefono in caso di emergenze. Escludendo queste sciocchezze non posso che consigliare questo Hotel

Modern style with a Nordic touch. Very tasteful. Everything is clean and well designed. It’s a pleasure to stay over.

This hotel was quite unique in decor and location. The views were amazing ,probably one of the best we have stayed in. However the location was only chosen as it was 30mins from Lucerne and offered better value.

The location is good, 35 minutes from Luzerne, 1 and half hour from Interlaken. View from the room is amazing, town not so good. Hotel room great however when you get there do not get surprised, it does not look like a hotel at all. It is a 13 floor high building, the hotel is on the top floors. 1st night was a nightmare. Restaurant above the room and woke up at 3:30am from loud noises coming from upstairs. The noise was on for 1 and half hours. They must have rearranged the restaurant, moving chairs, piano. Not the best experience. The whole next day on our trip I was so tired from bad sleep.

The check in was smooth and quick, front desk agent was very kind and gave us advices where to eat nearby and so on. The room cleanliness was impeccable, view was also great as rooms are located on the upper floors I believe all the rooms have good view. Minor problem for us was the size of the bed(really small) and that there were no coffee and tea making facilites in the rooms, and in a 4 star hotel all rooms should provide at least a nespresso machine and a boiler in my opinion and based on previous expriences. Parking is outdoor but absolutely safe. The hotel has an amazing rooftop bar which is the best place to enjoy sunsets, i would book my table in the morning as it was busy both nights we were there. There is also a huge and well equipped gym. The hotel is conveniently located between Zurich and Luzern, we loved the location and even saw the famous swiss happy cows on our way to the hotel. All in all we would return anytime we are in Switzerland again.

The best room in a long time! Gorgeous design, comfortable and very quiet. Checkout time at 12:00 on a sunday morning is a huge plus! Breakfast was very good and plentiful in a beautiful setting with a view of the hills. We will be Back!

Rooms to a good standard, but a pity no mention of building work at the front of the hotel. Standard of service in the roof top bar was non existent. Whoever the Owners/Managers are, it is their responsibility to ensure their staff deliver on service, by training them properly. This hotel has a lot to commend it. Effective staff training would make it into a really good place to stay.

Construction outside, no sign where to enter hotel or park!

We complete spontaneous booked the Room. The Hotel is quiet good. It's design is beautiful. We recogniced that it was pretty fresh opened. Some stuff in the Room was not finished yet. There were still adhesive Tapes from the painters. But Overall it was a pleasent stay. The Service at breakfast Area was not really customer oriented. They was most of the time staying inside. Even if all of the about 8 Customers were on the Roof top. You had to step inside to get in touch with them.

I normally stay in nearby Sursee but a cycling event had booked out all the rooms; Menziken seemed a bit far out but it was certainly worth scrounging a lift from local colleagues to stay at the Glashouse. The rooms were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and the local fare menu at the restauraunt was excellent; even the locals were dining there. I would stay again and recommend it to colleagues
