Old room, dorm room on the 4th floor, small staircase.

The hotel is in an alley so cars cannot enter, in front of the hotel there is a pretty boiled snail shop. The hotel does not have an elevator, dorm rooms on the 4th and 5th floors are quite inconvenient.

Very good service staff. The hotel door is closed 24.00, but can press the bell to open it. The room is clean, no sassafras provided. There are toilets in every room. There are SIMs for sale. There is food for sale. There is a car service available. Provide towels Very near to tourist attractions

The staff are enthusiastic, affable. The bed is clean, breakfast set is delicious, only the bathroom door is broken, so it is quite difficult to close. 9/10 points!

When I first checked in I was a little disappointed. But later I discovered this place was great. In the middle of places to visit in Hanoi so you can walk.

Room looked exactly like the pictures. My flight arrived around 1:00am and I reached the hostel at around 2:00am, and there was still someone at the lobby to assist me. Towels/blanket/pillow cover/bed cover can be changed everyday (if you choose it to be changed) but of course let's take the environment into consideration too. I stayed at the sharing room, there were 2 common bathrooms; one inside the room, and one outside, very very clean. They clean everyday. (And oh, they have a hairdryer too.) You can choose your breakfast (and all of them was nice, I liked their chicken pho, it was good) Wi-fi connection is good. Everybody is nice and friendly. It's near the Hanoi Train Station too, I took the bus from there going to Noi Bai airport, really really cheap.

Very clean, air conditioner is on throughout the day. Friendly and efficient staffs. Nice breakfast, didn't expect it to be prepare that careful considering the room price

Staff is friendly and helpful during the holidays. The old steam room and the toilet door were long out of hinges, but they were clean and airy. Will be back.

great. The super enthusiastic and cute receptionist :)) caught up with the rampage. a bit shaky :)) there are some young people singing good songs. Not satisfied, absolutely not. only washing clothes but forget the laundry service, so they checked out for 2 hours but still arranged to stay in the common room. This is not the fault of Tomodachi. Pho is delicious, I will definitely come back and introduce my friends: D

Clean rooms, towels are changed every day, staff is very friendly and the location is quite strategic because it is in the Golden Spot (old quater).

I had awesome staying experience. I come back here for second time. And I would love to come back here again for the next time.

A hostel as it should be. Super friendly people, good/cheap tours, clean rooms and nice food!

The hotel is small, but clean, well air conditioned, located in the dining area so convenient for eating. Overall worth the money, would love to stay here, if have a chance to go to Hanoi will stay here.

The strategic location of Noi Bai airport can ride Bus 86 price of VND 30,000 to train station can then 20-minute walk / 5-minute ride motorcycles around VND 10,000-15,000 price, if there are applications bike grab just VND 11,000. I stay there for 3 nights, mixed room 8 org, clean room every day dibersihin and towels can be replaced. The bathrooms are also spacious and clean. Hotels are cheap and affordable. For service staff - very friendly and helpful. And there is also available a tour to Halong Bay USD.35 - USD.60 negotiable. To eat can choose according to taste like western / American breakfast or breakfast Vietnam. So far all all good :) and maybe I will stay here again if you visit there.
