I was surprisingly pleased when I arrived as I thought it would be a very bad stay as it was so cheap. The problem was that at 6:00 in the morning it started leaking water right on my son’s bed.

Do not stay here - broken fan , dysfunctional tv , mattress as hard as nails , bathroom smelt like mould , whole hotel very seedy , originally told I had made a mistake and wasn’t booked in there - wish I wasn’t in the end , went to ask for new fan and if tv could be fixed- reception was closed and not even 9pm. Decided to cut my losses and leave.

My room was long and thin and the window was very small and up one end so it provided minimal ventilation. En suite was tiny but reasonable presentation. Second floor so the shower pressure was quite low. It's an easy walk to Ealing Broadway (about 10mn) so well situated, Won't suit if you prefer a more up-to-date corporate feel but very good value.

Awful place, should be shut down by standards agency. I sent my 2 sons to stay for 2 nights there (they are used to sleeping rough). Even they were appalled at the place. There were no staff around, doors were open, room door wasn't safe as they just pushed the door open when they arrived. No toilet paper in the room. Wardrobe was broken, Holes in the ceiling and walls in the room. Booked a room with a king bed, which was a large single/small double. I booked them for the 2nd night into Hampton by Hilton, which was beautiful and included breakfast and was cheaper. I rang the hotel but they refused to refund for the 2nd night, I didn't even try for the 1st night.

Absolutely awful no pillows (asked for some)broken kettle (asked to get new one) Was promised a microwave (was not one) old food left in rooms used cotton buds shower was awful and no breakfast…. Would request a refund if I could.

The staff were friendly when they were there, and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from a tube station. However, their website says free parking and we were charged £10 to park. The room looked nothing like what was advertised and we booked a king and the bed deffinatly wasn't a king. When we came out of our room this morning at 8:30ish we were surprised to find a bag that had urine in/on it and a lump of poo on the landing at the top of the stairs. When we returned to check out and leave, they were still there at 11 and there were no staff around for us to make them aware of this.

No staff there only a cleaner who didnt understand what I was asking Stayed with my children never again Lock on the door didn't even work .... Unkept and dirty

The room was basic. There were flies in the bathroom, seemed to be coming out of the light. No security lock on the door so did not feel very safe. The downstairs entrance hall smelt badly if urine.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, warm welcoming and a good guide. Great, peacefully place to stay just outside of the main city but an easy 10 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line/Underground tube stations with easy access to shopping.

DO NOT BOOK! It was extremely dirty! Mould all over the bathroom ceiling! Dirty towels shoved under the bathroom sink. I found them whilst looking for toilet roll. No drop kerb for parking. Curtains didn’t fit the windows so people could see right into the room! (Ground floor) All beds were fold up beds. (2 doubles and 1 single) Radiator for a headboard on one of the beds. Furniture was all tatty and very worn. Holes in the wall paper. Staff had no care. They almost seemed used to complaints. Duvets were filthy.

It was a bed, not much more positive to say Buds uncomfortable, pillows hard, shower poor, needed to ask for toilet roll as none provided Parking is extra, but no dropped kerb, so need to bump up kerb Wanted to charge £10 extra for early check in after it was voluntary offered

Most things in my room was broken and not enough amenities. Advertisement was misleading. Cramps and a lot of discomfort. Im requesting a full refund for my stay.

The noise of people arriving late and the occupant next door having the TV on very loud until 3 am made if difficult to sleep. The photos from the website are very flattering and deceptive. One night was more than enough.

Room was freezing on arrival. Smell of cigarette smoke all over the building and the smell of urine when you enter in the front hall, no toilet paper and 1 towel per guest for 3 night stay

Cheap but definitely not cheerful

Booked as this was close to shops, but this was a huge mistake. There were several issues with the room and if I had the money I would have instantly gone elsewhere. The bed was uncomfortable The door jammed and didn't properly close without force I didn't feel safe using the wardrobe as it looked broken The light was bright white with no lampshade The mug provided for tea making was dirty, and there was nothing to stir with and no milk The floor was uneven and chipped, and looked like it hadn't been hoovered I found a water stain on the ceiling The bathroom was tiny and smelly, and this was because there was mold in the fan and in the drawers under the sink. The sink was also so tiny it was barely usable No towels were provided
