The hotel needs an improvement in the maintenance. Although the staff was courteous there were failures due to lack of attention. Breakfast could be much better.

This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Black mold in the room, everything was rusty, the building itself was crumbling. We stayed one night then called hotels.com to complain. They were able to get our money back, since the hotel refused to refund the money. I would never ever stay here again. I think a sleeping bag on the beach would have been better. Did I mention the insects crawling in the bed? Yuk

There was a bit or a misunderstanding about my room when i got there. The room they gave me wasn't the one i booked but did the job. Only complaint was to close to the road and could hear everything downstairs. Some staff was very helpful could not fault them, if i had a problem they was very friendly and helped where they could. Over all the hotel was good and i might be booking again next year

A little far from main actions but it is less expensive,clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with variety of foods. I used Uber to go around easily.

My stay was really good. The hotel staff at the reception spoke good english to help me with things. They helped me to book guided tours in and around Salvador and arranged me a very trustworthy taxi driver when I was in need. They directed me to the place where they sell the best Acaraja so that I can have a real taste of Bahia. I really had a good time there.

Já conhecia o.hotel, mas dessa vez foi uma catástrofe. Primeiro, a porta do quarto não fechava, era possível ser aberta com ou sem cartão. Solicitaram manutenção, demorou e não resolveu. Depois de muito custo, me trocaram de quarto. No Novo quarto, a água que saía da torneira do banheiro estava marrom! Ao questionar, fui informado que precisaria ser feita uma drenagem, estava assim em outros quartos também. Não foi feita. Comprei um galão de água mineral de 5l pra poder escovar os dentes e lavar a mão durante a estadia. O atendimento na recepção não foi eficiente e tampouco cortês, foram rudes em certos momentos. Foi uma péssima experiência!

Academia não utilizei, equipe muito fria e limitada, acolhida sem a cara da Bahia! Estava com esposa e colocaram só uma toalha, tive que descer pra pegar na recepção, interfone não funciona.

Hotel incrível e café da manhã perfeito

Gostei bastante da estadia. O café da manhã é bem completo e atende muito bem. Muita coisa corroída pelo salitre, que dá aspecto de desgaste aparente, o que é de se compreender pela localização frente mar.

Estadia razoável. Piscina estava suja, box vazando água, sem telefone para contato com recepção no quarto, toalhas não trocadas na limpeza. Em compensação cama excelente, bom café da manhã, funcionários prestativos l.

Estive agora no carnaval. O hotel tem uma ótima localização, café da manhã bem variado, quarto amplo. Mesmo sendo carnaval, a dormida foi tranquila, sem barulho. A limpeza é o atendimento poderiam ser melhores.
