We arrived at the Hotel 1538H of Feb 6,2020. Verification of the booking was just a couple of Minutes. However, the room was not yet prepared when we came. I waited for about 35 minutes for my room to be prepared. There are 3 couches at the lobby, however it was all occupied. I have to sit at the stairs while waiting my room to be prepared. At around 1615H, I was informed that my room was ready. I immediately went up the room because I'm very tired, however to my frustration, the aircon was not cooling. I waited for about 10 mins to give it some time to cool however to no avail of the temperature, I called promptly the roaming staff and showed the problem. We waited again for another 15 mins for it to get cold however it was not cooling with the prescribed setting. The technician was called and came after 5 minutes and showed the problem. However, it still cannot achieve the set parameters. I went directly to the front desk and requested for a change of room if possible. I was transferred to another room that has a perfectly working aircon. The hotel team should have ensure the room is in perfect working condition and ready for occupation since the booking was made in advance and not as a walk in.
