We had a great stay with a gorgeous ocean view. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Only issue was the elevator, which wouldn’t operate with two people in it - seemed to malfunction saying we were passed the 300kg limit, when we would have been 160kg max.

Lovely updated hotel staff where mostly great but all were polite and friendly. I did love the views from our room and the room was large and very comfortable with proper filter coffee so that’s a big score for me We did turn up to check in and found the bill said £1000 more but was cleared up quickly and altered to the correct amount x these things happen. We booked afternoon tea for 4 people but when we got there it was only booked for 2 people however I do think this was our fault as we originally mentioned two and we gave our room number so it was charged to our room but taken off and because of the confusion the manager only charged us for 1 of the afternoon teas

My daughter and I stayed for one night and we had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Everywhere was spotless. Our room was lovely. Would definitely stay again. Perfect spot to explore Tenby from.

So clean and bright and what was so special was the outside Veranda which had most wonderful views of the Sea and Islands . OUTSTANDING . With the benefit of enjoying a glass of Wine .

Hotel is stunning ,rooms are Beautiful, The view is Beautiful Breakfast is Good .Hotel on seafront..3 minutes walk to town centre From hotel only downfall is they have a Dj on a Saturday afternoon in the Hotel oh my goodness the music is blasting with rave music ,you cannot hold a conversation without shouting The music needs to be toned down a few notches

Hotel situated in ideal location, overlooking the beach and sea. Also close to the beach, town, harbour and car parks. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fab hotel really enjoyed out short stay we will be back

As it was during the heat wave in the Uk we looked for a hotel that offered air-conditioning in the rooms so we picked this hotel for our stay . On checking in we found that the aircon did not work and asked to be moved to a room that had a working unit which they said they had none and then we asked for them to get maintenance to have a look or at least reset the unit of which neither of them could be done , one would expect that they would have at least got some around the next day to have look unless they knew before hand that it did not work and it was not repairable but still sold us the room with “ air-conditioning . This really spoilt the trip for us as we where unable to sleep as the heat in the room was unbearable and with the windows only being able to open only two inches made it impossible to cool the room down . They did offer us one complementary drink each but considering the heat of the room maybe a lot more should have been given.

Beach view and patio

Room was not accessible room. Could not open wheelchair; ,wife had to get out to fold up and not fit for purpose. Could not take suitcase in room as no room to open on stand. Only 1 bedside table which was tilted between bed and wall as items slid off. No room around the bed and difficult for disabled and able bodied guests to get in bed. Fire alarm went off 3 times causing worry as lift not then available and we were on 4th floor with a disabled guest..TV did not work (cables hung down}.

Great location, good standard of accommodation and consistently excellent staff. All staff we interacted with at check in and at breakfast were professional, well trained and very friendly :)

Fantastic stay at the Imperial Hotel, Tenby. Staff amazing and so considerate of us and our dog. Going to book our next stay ASAP

Everything was fine. Staff were pleasant and eager to please. Food was good although the choice of food for the evening meal was limited. The room was clean and comfortable with a good beach view. Seagulls were a bonus landing on the window ledge!!

The room was very small and no small fridge, it was cramped and difficult to move around, we were charged for the room by the hotel.com web site and again by the hotel it was very annoying won’t be staying there again.

Very nice welcome, very friendly Staff,We were upgraded to very lovely room with great view out over the beach to Caldy Island. We didn't eat in the Hotel , the room package that we chose didn't include breakfast and we didn't see any detailed dining menus. We had a very nice two night break.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, fantastic view towards the sea/beach, did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment, however thought breakfast was a bit expensive! Initially issue with our bedroom not being up to standard but resolved immediately and complimentary drinks given for inconvenience! In general some communal areas need attention.
