We loved this place! We traveled to Heidelberg with our 14 and 16 year old boys. The room we stayed in was wonderful and clean and it had air conditioning! That is super rare and super wonderful for here in Europe! The breakfast was delightful and the staff were so very kind. We drove our car and parking was a little bit unique (the staff at the hotel helped us out greatly). When next in Heidelberg we know exactly where we will stay!

The hotel’s standard is far below what was described — my room was poorly furnished and poorly lit, there was no refrigerator, and the air conditioning didn’t work well. The bathroom was very small. Overall, the whole setting felt run-down. The photos don’t give an accurate idea of the hotel’s actual condition.I was supposed to have a free parking spot for which I wrote in advance but I had no answer and when asked the concierge told me that my car was too big. In the end I had to pay for a parking spot in a nearby garage. Totally overrated.

Liked the A/C. Building was unique. Parking was close enough. Room was excellent. Breakfast was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Heidelberger Hof, especially due to the working air conditioning in my room. The only thing that I missed in a 4-star rated hotel was a coffee and tea maker in my room and shampoo. The body wash did not work for my type of hair. That would have made my stay perfect.

overbooked they set up another hotel next door it was great except it had no elevators and our luggage was heavy.

Good Hotel close to Old Town. Friendly,professional staff. Comfortable room with good bed and effective air cond. Good breakfast if you are not into huge buffets. Garage parking close to Hotel.

Staff were very helpful. It is a well renovated tradional hotel at an ideal location. I will stay there on my next visit to Heidelberg.

The room was clean, warm, and inviting. The staff was friendly and took great care of us. We were in town for the Christmas Market and we really loved the location of the hotel right in the heart of the old town.

Staff was friendly. The location was wonderful. The breakfast was an amazing setup.

The room was small for three people. No room to walk around the bed. Management was not flexible on reservation change request by one day and add an extra night. Will not stay here again or recommend at all.

Friendly and accommodating staff, great location, close to all the major sites, the breakfast was always fresh, plentiful and delicious. My room was rather small but very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay 👌
