Easy to get to from the station and close to every amenities. Was happy with it especially the staff

Good central location, very helpful staff. No windows to open which made the room stuffy and hot had to keep the floor fan on supplied.

Nice room in an interesting hotel but let down by storage and amenities….there’s none of either. The area seems to be in a quiet part of the city but an easy walk to just about everywhere.

The laundry room had a terrible smell in it so we didn’t feel we could use it sadly. One of the main reasons we booked to stay here. The kitchen area was OK but there was a problem with the hob so we couldn’t really cook. The reception/cafe area was lovely, the staff were an absolute delight. The room was fine, small but ok.

Small but clean room. Bed was comfy but pillows were hard. Good location.

Happy to store our luggage, nice room, hot water.

The room wasn’t cleaned well, dirty tissues on the floor. The plug sockets were hanging off the wall, missing items from the wall and wallpaper missing. There’s no where to store clothing/items so anymore than one/two nights would be hard work. The staff are nice and helpful and the location is very good but this is a hostel not a hotel.

The rooms are very small, basically it’s a step up from a hostel or B&B. Great location but the rooms are very basic and if someone sneezes in another room you will hear them because of the thin walls. Staff were very friendly but if you can afford to spend a bit more to stay elsewhere for the comfort I would . Unfortunately for me it was New Years Eve so this was the only place available .

This hotel is clearly not a hotel but a hostel with a few hotel rooms. There was constant noise through the night (and we stayed on a Monday and Tuesday evening) and we got very little sleep. Staff on arrival were not particularly friendly in fact I would go as far as to say they were passive aggressive at best. The room was clean and functional but cold with ineffective heating controls that did nothing to warm the room. It is located very centrally and close to most of the attractions that Oslo has to offer, and is great if you want to stay in a hostel but not good for anyone expecting a hotel.

Perfect for a short stay

Very clean room, comfortable beds, everything working perfectly in the room and bathroom, very safe with electronic access to room and elevator. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Superb staff, even carried one of my heavy suitcases. Room (301) is simple and no frills but comfortable

La chambre était minuscule, mais très bien situé. La seule chose que je déplore, c’est que j’ai réservé avec déjeuner inclus, mais sa existe pas à cette hôtel. Il n’y a rien d’inclus, on dois tout payer sur place.
