I always have a comfortable stay at the Four Points Bandung. This hotel is always my family's choice because every aspect of customer comfort is always taken care of. The dine-in meals are also delicious and reasonably priced.

Very impressive... the friendliness of the staff with Mas Leo at breakfast... The security guard at the front gate of the entrance was very helpful...

The room leaked when it rained near the window, and the prayer rugs got wet even though it was a signature class. I just happened to be new to Four Points Bandung. Even if it were fixed, it wouldn't take long and would disrupt my rest time.

When checking in, even though it wasn't check-in time, we dropped off our suitcases and were well-served and immediately given a room. We were informed that it was ready even though I was outside.

During our stay, everything was pleasant, but when we borrowed sarongs and prayer mats... it was a shame the sarongs were so ugly. They weren't fit for prayer. Hopefully, they can provide more suitable prayer sarongs. Thank you.

All the breakfasts were delicious, there were delicious pentol kriwil, kue cubit and cuanki too... Awesome, only the pool water was cold... And unfortunately the mini bar in the pool was under renovation... I also made an appointment with my aunt and cousin who were staying there too... It was perfect for a family gathering... The shower area was dirty and needed scrubbing, and the toilet bowl was old and stained. Housekeeping entered the room to clean, but the toilet bowl was still dirty when we returned, and no spare toilet paper was left. There were three of us in the room and an extra bed had been ordered, but only one bath towel was provided. We also visited the pool area on the 2nd floor, which was quite messy. Snacks were scattered across the floor, the sofa area was untidy and dirty with food remnants, and we found cigarette ash on the table. we found no one and cared to clean the whole are.

The room is nice, the swimming pool is sufficient, the kids love swimming there.
