Transportation inconvenient

Clean room, spacious, quick check-in.

Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast, and wonderful view of the sea.

Hotel itself is ok. Staff are accommodating and helpful. But unless you are part of a tour group that came with bus transport or have your own car, location of the hotel is quite far from anything. Only 1 restaurant within a block of the hotel. (although it seems to be a good one since it is always full).

Overall, great experience! Check in process was seamless and they even recommended a driver to take us around Taitung which ended up to be an excellent experience! The room was new and clean. The bathroom shower could use a little update. The grout was a little moldy. It was nice the hotel has a laundry room. Washing is free and you pay $50NTD to dry your clothes. The breakfast has mostly Taiwanese food which was great for me but my son would have preferred some western options. However, given this is a local hotel it’s understandable. They offered guests free shuttle service to the train station which was great! Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

The staff weren’t friendly enough. The room was smelling and the carpet was dirty.

Nice hotel with upgraded facilities. It looks like totally new. Location is great. The room is nice. We will come back to this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean with everything you need. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with any questions we had and arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport. The breakfast was delicious with many choices and we were able to box up a breakfast for our last morning when we had to leave before it opened. The free use and choice of their many bicycles enabled us to enjoy a wonderful bikeride near the ocean and transportion to different places in Taitung!

It was amazing service - ad another 2 nt and get use of FREE bike both days and yes even free laundry service and free shuttle to train station.

Amazing service from be meet in TTT airport with a helpful driver and front desk when we check-in - a young guy (Kevin) was extra ordinary helpful and spent time with some travel booking for us. This guy is a really GOLDMINE for the hotel. We also book two (2) extra nights and was kind to arrange no change of room, but just new keys. This hotel has so many options for a amazing stay. Thank YOU so much.

This is good and convenient if you drive. Facilities are relatively old but they are being kept in good condition and clean. They have a nice roof floor for viewing sun rise. Choices for buffet are very limited but you can always find nice restaurants within 10 min drive.

I like because its close to the ocean. I dislike the cleanliness of the room.

New hotel in the corner of a very quiet city. No dining options nearby. Good breakfast. Room was big and nice.
