The downside is that the elevator is faulty and cannot meet the large number of guests of both the hotel and the gym, always having to wait a long time, affecting the guest experience. The breakfast food is cold and the taste is only average

The room is very old, the wooden table top is peeling, the wallpaper is also peeling, it looks old, it is only in the center. My family rented 2 rooms for 3 nights, when checking out, I took the laundry bag in the room to put dirty clothes but the hotel staff said that the bag had to be paid for and could not be taken, so I returned it. I have also stayed in many 5-star hotels, usually they do not charge for the laundry bag in the closet, because guests usually take it to put dirty clothes to wash. I do not understand why this hotel wants to charge???

I stayed on June 3-4, 2024. On the second night, the lababo faucet for washing my face sprayed like a waterfall. Although it was fixed, it took a while. The staff only cleaned the area in the room, but the balcony was very dirty and covered with black dust. The room's soundproofing is very bad, you can clearly hear people talking outside. This is the second time I'm doing this job. I might have to consider it in the future because the equipment here is old.

Location near the beach, about 1km from the center of the Night Market, Tram Huong Tower. The hotel is clean and beautiful, with full surrounding amenities, convenient to move to the pier and nearby tourist attractions.

Mọi thứ đều ok, tuy nhiên buffet sáng ăn 2 buổi chưa thấy thay đổi món nhiều, chưa hấp dẫn về món ăn.

Only is the check in time is too strict. Only 2pm onwards. If you can let us Check in early is better, cause we reach Nah trang early morning, like 8am.

Mùa này biển Nha Trang rất đẹp êm, không có sóng và ít nắng. khách sạn có bán dịch vụ phòng gym, đi chung thang máy những người tập gym xong, mùi rất kinh. khách sạn có hồ bơi 1.6m cho người lớn. 1 hồ 0.8m cho trẻ con trong phòng khách sạn thiết bị cũ, TV không có apps, ghế sofa đã xẹp lún cộm thanh sắt. Hệ thống máy lạnh, wc còn ổn. khách sạn ngay trung tâm, liên khu chung tòa Nha Trang Plaza, mua sắm thuận tiện, ngay trệt có starbuck, Phuclong, highland, lẩu hadilao . sát bên toà nhà NT plaza thì tòa nhà thương mại Golden Coast có khu mua sắm và ăn uống kfc, texas, lottemart, galaxy cinema. Ở khách sạn Diamond đi gia đình có trẻ con mua sắm ăn uống rất ok. Ăn sáng tầm 3 sao. rất ít món.
