Very average, a bit expensive for a studio given how basic it is, but maybe Santiago is just more expensive in general. There were stains on the towels, but I think they were definitely washed. The room was free from dust, and other than the stains, quite clean.

Bathroom tub not very comfortable , too hight from the floor

Sunset apartments, as stated in its name are apartments. Don't expect hotel quality service. At your arrival, front desk personnel will ask you through which company you reserved your apartment. Expedia, is not the correct answer. After you find out that Sunset is the company you'll be directed to an office at 2nd floor for check-in process. On a second note, internet services is faulty. Not available on a 24/7 basis. If your visiting over the weekend, room cleanup service is not available, as it is only during weekdays.

Brand new building. Nicely furnished apartment with great swimming pool. The horrible thing is that they don't curtains or black out shades. So the sun wakes you up at 6 am daily. They provide you with a sleep mask. Not the solution.
