Everything was good, Except the pillows. They were rock hard and lumpy and it’s the only one they offer. But otherwise the bed itself is comfy and the property is nice and clean.

Great location, comfortable room with a large shower. Easy free parking and the ‘free’ breakfast was very good. I’d definitely stay here again!!

Stayed one night as a pit-stop break. Room was clean. Nice breakfast included in the room rate, very pleased. Overall, great value-for-money stay. Would recommend.

Staff were really lovely, went above and beyond to get us checked in earlier, as we werent able to at the check in time. And there were no issues to get us a cot for our baby, when we needed it. The area is nice, but id say that its not walkable, unless you want to risk the round abouts. But i seriously couldnt fault our stay.

We had booked a certain room and were assured we could have that room, on arrival we were told the room was no longer available, we were given a room on the ground floor but it had a dreadful smell so moved to a room on the second floor, the room was nice but it looked out onto the motorway exit, constant traffic noise, breakfast is usually very good, but on this occasion it was poor, very poor. Seemed like no organisation, at no time could I get a complete cooked breakfast.

This is my 11th stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, housekeeping is prompt and the breakfast is plentiful! It's my home away from home when I visit the UK! Definitely worth it!
