Everything is good. The room is clean, but there is no food service. There is only coffee and snacks. There are no plates, bowls, spoons, and forks for guests. There are only 2 bottles of water, 2 towels, shampoo, and soap. That's it. When ordering food from Lineman, you have to specifically order from the store that you want plastic spoons and forks.
