Booked a room for 2 people with balcony and was put in a room without balcony. Had to call the front desk to complain to change the room. TV air conditioner is not good. The air conditioner is noisy, the TV is broken. Hot and cold faucet, hot water is not hot, must borrow a super speed kettle to cook bath water. Especially the payment part. Guests have paid 100% through traveloka but check out the front desk has not paid, ask guests to pay cash. Report to traveloka for support, the hotel side will call back to report that the transfer will be transferred but it has not been transferred for more than 24 hours. Will not visit again!!

The hotel is very old and dirty. Mosquitoes burn at night. The floor is very black. Noisy despite closing the latches. Room foul. No tea, no coffee, no hair dryer. Towels used bowls. Hard

The hotel owner - Mr. Duc is very enthusiastic, very comfortable for our team to check in early. The staff are also very cute. The room is clean, tidy, fully equipped. Buffet delicious breakfast. A bit far from the center of Chau Doc city (about 3km, 45k for taxi) but on the way to the main attractions of An Giang (Sam mountain, Tra Su cajuput forest, Tri Ton ...)

When checking out, the receptionist did not give guests the cmnd. Now, customers call 5 times of 7 turns of employees and do not transfer customers' tickets

The hotel is spacious and clean, fully equipped. My family loves it. The best is the morning lemon tea, refreshing. There are family car and group car parks. Will stay next to Chau Doc :)

The location is quite close to Sam Mountain, but far from the center. Room and facilities are okay, however, it is not recommended to take a room on the 6th floor because insects get into the room when the lights are turned on

If possible I will grade the hotel at 3/5. Staff are enthusiastic but the hotel area is deserted, without service, my room has many ants, lucky but discovered in time
