Staff provided excellent service. Washroom was nice, clean and functional with hot water. Bed was comfy. Location is safe. Will stay again in future trips to Santo Domingo.

The hotel is very clean. The room the property are very pretty and unique. The location is awsome and staff and service are amazing!! I highly recommend you will not be dissapointed. Thank you Luca amazing staff for making our stay such a great experience!!

The room and the bathroom are large, during the night it was quiet. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It is walkable and safe.

Amazing place and very quiet and relaxing. Delicious complimentary breakfast is a plus! Have stayed here several times. Quick check in/check out and great location…close to nice restaurants.

The room was subpar for the price. The location wasn’t the best as the road in front is under construction.

Ana was a great host, always making sure we had all that we needed. She was on-point providing recommendations for dinning, nightlife, shopping and things to do around.

A very charming hotel with friendly staff. The road was under construction, it will be more convenient when finished but it did make the hotel very quiet for an urban setting.

We have stayed twice at the Luca Hotel. The staff was all very kind and helpful. The location is close to everything in the Zona Colonial but in a quiet location. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has literally been a home away from home for our family. Nacho has instituted an incredible culture and truly cares about making a great guest experience. The location in a well-maintained, true colonial era building makes for a stay that is hard to beat. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel in an old colonial building in the middle of the old city. Spotless and well appointed room overlooking an amazing central courtyard with tinkling fountains. Fantastic breakfast. Amazing staff. Free water dispenser for refilling bottles!!

Service maravilloso! Habitaciones limpias, comodas y frescas! No se escuchan sonidos de la calle lo que permite descansar propiamente. El staff maravilloso! Las dos Anna nos brindaron una gran atención!! Esperemos regresar pronto
