Minh stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, the hotel is close to the center, close to Hoan Kiem lake, close to the walking street, very convenient for travel. Cheap price but the room is spacious, comfortable, clean, the staff is enthusiastic, attentive, happy, in short, it's great, next time will come back when traveling to the North.

- Lễ tân vui vẻ thân thiện, vị trí gần trung tâm sát hồ Gươm thuận tiện đi lại - Kháchsạn sẵn sàng cho check out trễ và thu thêm phí (250k cho thời gian 12h00 - 16h00) - Khâu dọn dẹp phòng khá hời hợt. Ngày thứ 2 mình ở thì không thấy đến dọn mặc dù đã treo bảng “Please make up the room” từ lúc mình ra ngoài đi chơi đến khi quay về nghỉ trưa vẫn chưa dọn. Mình ngủ tạm trưa đến chiều báo dọn thì cô dọn phòng thái độ rất hằn học. Còn lẩm bẩm khi đi ngang qua mình là “mai mốt không dọn chiều đâu nhá.” - Để là kháchsạn 4⭐️ nhưng phòng có 1 số đèn không mở được, tủ lạnh mini không mát và vòi nước nóng lạnh chỉ có lạnh, mở vòi nước nóng rất lâu mới âm ấm, cách âm không tốt lắm.

The room is bigger than imagined, clean, tidy, friendly staff. Going into the epidemic period was not crowded, so the price was very cheap compared to normal.

It was very economical hotel. Location was nice. However, it was so uncomporable because there is no window and the humidity is so high. I was business trip and my choice was bad. But It will be beneficial for backpacker.
