Sorry, I want to ask, the application states airport pick-up and drop-off. When I wanted to go back to the airport, I asked to be dropped off at the airport, but the hotel staff at the reception told me to book my own car. What is the policy there?

The hotel is close to the sword lake, beautiful interior, lovely staff. Everything is fine except the location near the pedestrian street is forbidden to download or why is it so hard to catch grab cars

The utmost choice to stay in the old quarter. The hotel is small, but sparkling clean and nicely decorated. Most importantly, the location is so strategic! A stone throw away from Hoan Kiem lake, the night market and a plethora of local food places! A must stay in Hanoi!
