Funky hotel with great staff

The hotel was in a good location by the water so easy to walk along into the centre. Room was small & quite warm but ok. Towels fresh & clean, beds ok too

Absolutely loved this hotel. We used the hot tub & sauna. Staff was awesome & put a special Touch in our room. The provided coffee in the morning was tasty. Great location. We walked to all our meals, the waterfront & Japanese garden.

My family stayed at Hotel Zed overnight while visiting the Okanagan and had a wonderful experience. We loved the colourful theme, fun freebies, game room, and free bikes. The location is fantastic, right beside the park and within walking distance of downtown. The staff were kind and welcoming, and our room was upgraded that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rooms were clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, staff was very helpful, excellent location, not much noise. Only downside is the room is on the small side.

Great staff, fun atmosphere, best location. Only draw back was the loud group that returned late and woke us up the first night. Outside of that, no complaints.

Excellent location, lots of parking and price point. Coffee and filtered water are complimentary, but only in the hotel lobby. For me, I'd prefer my coffee while I get ready for the day not afterward. Hot water took a long time to arrive, the water waste bothered me. I didn't get to use the pool. I would stay here again.
