The Smart Hotel is my second choice after Hotel Z Sleep. For those with their own transportation, there are no issues getting to the nearest shopping centers. 7E, Central Hatyai, Makro, Greenway, Asean Market.... Staff are nice and friendly. The hotel and room are clean and newer than old-style hotels. No worries for car and motorbike parking. Suggestion: to have a laundry machine. Suggestion: room Wi-Fi should not require re-login after exiting and entering the room.

The service staff met my needs, and the price was reasonable.

We chose this hotel because they mentioned they have free shuttle to Central Hatyai and Makro. Upon arrival and check-in, we double confirm again the timing interval. The front lobby staff said every 1hr have, just call them first 30mins before to confirm the slot. So we called the lobby for a slot, but the staff said no shuttle. Only one shuttle at 6PM. Then we mentioned, just now at 2PM the staff said every 1hr have. Then end up we took our car out. After that, at night time we asked again the front lobby staff, for tomorrow morning timing. She said tomorrow only 6PM time. Only one shuttle. So it is not every hour they have shuttle! The way the other staff upon check-in mentioned it with her attitude that is not so friendly, and also we don't know why must more than 5 staff wait at the lobby counter talking to each other when guest want to check-in. So not comfortable. If we know they only have one shuttle and one timing like this, we will not choose this hotel in the first place! Waste our energy.

The rooms are clean and smell great. The staff provides excellent service. I've never been disappointed when I stay here.

Overall was ok except for room size. Advertised as 30 m2 but definitely not that size. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very small. After shower, half the floor will be wet. No coffee or tea provided. Only 2 bottles of drinking water. Hair dryer and kettle available. Limited parking inside building and had to park across the road, but there was no security guard. Deposit: 500 baht. Staff can speak English and were friendly. Room 504 is facing Makro and woken up early morning with trucks going in and out.

Good, will return to stay at the hotel again.

The hotel location is close to Central Hatyai. There is plenty of parking. The room is comfortable and clean. Recommended for those who want to bring families and small children. Most importantly, it is free from ghosts. Hehe😅

The staff were very good. On the first day of arrival, the room had a problem, they transferred us to another hotel by themselves. Another day we came back, they upgraded our room without any additional pay.

Very strategic place. Peaceful from traffic. Staff friendly… Will repeat next time when going to Hatyai.

ห้องจริงเก่ากว่าในรูป แต่ราคาสมเหตุสมผล มีที่จอดรถใต้ตึกและลานโล่งฝั่งตรงข้าม ลิฟท์มีตัวเดียวและช้ามากๆ

พนักงานน่ารักมากกก ใจดี ยิ้มเก่งทุกคนเลย💖 ห้องพักกว้าง สบายมาก กลับมาใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ 🫶

Kamar bagus, lokasi hotel dekat dengan Night Festival Mall. Tersedia welcome drink dan kopi gratis yang bisa diminum setiap saat. Sarapan model disajikan. Hotel menyediakan bus antar-jemput gratis sesuai dengan lokasi yang ditentukan. Hati-hati dengan masalah handuk, karena sewaktu cekin kami tidak memperhatikan handuk yang kena luntur dan ketika cekout kami diminta pertanggungjawaban. Hal ini kami tolak karena bukan disebabkan oleh kami.

Fantastic location real peaceful and quite sleep because the location is off the main road just a few meters away from makro.

Very loud in the morning, 7-8 a.m. The knocking on the door was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I opened the door to see that the housekeeper was knocking on the door of the next room. It wasn't just one room where the sound was heard. When the door was closed, there was a loud bang. Talk loudly Not considerate of other customers who need rest
