The Positives: The hotel is beautiful with a cute rooftop dining area and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Location is perfect for walking around Casco Vijeo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Negatives: The room I had was on the fourth floor with window facing the foyer, so you could here just about everything. Music lasted until 1130pm and started again at 7:30am so couldn't get a restful sleep. Room was clean but bed linen was stained and bath towels stained. If it had not been for the dirty linen and noise level, I would give 5 Stars.

Very nice and clean hotel in the centralized area. It is very safe to walk all over the place.

Avoid if you don’t want to hear everything that is happening in the hotel. We stayed in a family room that had a window on the inner hotel courtyard. You could hear all the noise like they were in your room 24h a day. There’s was a live performance until midnight. We were then woken up by someone playing the piano at 3:30 am and that lasted until 6am until the madness noise of the breakfast service started. It was unbelievable how loud the noise was. We couldn’t sleep at all. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room was not very clean. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The hotel was very safe and comfortable. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Easy to get transportation to sightseeing.

Bathrooms need renovation. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Flies all over the food was a turnoff.

Wonderful location! Our room was right below the gym- we could hear weights being used. Luckily, the noise stopped by 10. The breakfast buffet was a great value and the food was very good

The perfect place to stay and enjoy Casco Viejo. Right on the plaza so there is a lot of activity at night. The Panama Canal museum is adjacent and very interesting to see before you to visit the canal.

Cannot comment on the bar. Breakfast menu offered a wide variety of fruits,excellent. omelet station, fresh bread and pastries, regional prepared dishes, wide variety of beverages in addition to coffee. Perfect location in Casco Viejo facing Independence Plaza and The Metropolitan Basilica. Historic ambience is without doubt well restored, updates harmonized. Overall - we highly recommend.

The hotel was really nice and centrally located. I felt safe to wander the area as a solo traveller. The A/C did not work for about 12 hours one of the nights I was there so it was 25c in my room and very humid. It might have been nice if I was offered a discount at the restaurant or something for the inconvenience as it is a pricier hotel.

Breakfast menu was fantastic. Glad it was included in the room price. Breakfast staff was excellent. In the afternoon I enjoyed the live piano music.
