Very nice rooms. Super comfy beds and pillows. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I found that the breakfast area wasn’t attended very well. Food containers sat empty. Tables not wiped down. Possibly short staffed? However this won’t stop me from coming back! It was a great stay!

It was 10am and housekeeping walked into our room and basically demanded that it was checkout time when checkout isn’t until 11 am that is completely unacceptable and should never happen the beds were not comfortable and pillows really sucked we woke up more sore then when we went to bed if I wasn’t prepaid I would be asking for a discount

The breakfast is always awesome And the fact that they they opened the boardroom for more space to go eat is wonderful as it can get pretty crowded And it always smells great when you walk into the Hyatt

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Property was clean with the exception of the elevator floors. Staff were nice. We ate dinner there and while the roast beef sandwich was tasty, it was basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Location was very close to the West Edmonton Mall.

The Hyatt warm breakfast is the best available for the cost on the area. I stay in the neighborhood once a quarter and for comparable cost, this one is more fun for kids, has better amenities and a large room with lots of light :)
