Expedia had on their web site that it catered for 5 people but in actual fact it only catered for 4. We stayed in the Huntar unit and it was great!

Clean, modern and close to everything

Visually, everything was lovely. Built to look beautiful but not to live in. The garage space was so small we could barely fit our car, and the driveway was extremely narrow which didn’t help getting it in and out. I didn’t like the lack of privacy in the apartment. The blinds in the living areas are all “daylight” blinds so at night time, you can see straight in from outside. The front door is clear glass and looks straight into the bedroom. The front bedroom only had blockout blinds so you needed to keep the room dark as there was no privacy at all otherwise. People walking right past the full length window while you’re getting dressed. The air con in the front room didn’t work unfortunately. The kitchen bin is a laundry basket that has an open top, so ineffective at containing any unpleasant smells. It was comfortable enough for one night and quite spacious living, dining, kitchen areas. It also has a laundry.

Great place to stay with fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry and ensuite bathroom. Plenty of room in the whole house and small fenced yard to sit outside. Needs were comfy and clean. Would certainly recommend.

Great clean and today 3 bedroom house. Modern and equipped with all necessities, fridge, freezer, washer and dryer, clothes line, garage, small fenced yard, great lighting, comfy beds, ducted air cond, 2 x bathrooms, tvs in all bedrooms. A lovely stay and will definitively use again.

This place is fully self contained and within walking distance of the main street of town. Great communication with every interaction. Highly recommended

Lovely place and great comms. All around our stay was very enjoyable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the house as soon as we pulled up, and the stay was very pleasant. The management was very responsive and helpful, and they provided all the amenities we needed to cook, including a barbecue, which we enjoyed. The quality of the house felt high for the price, and the house was within walking distance to shops and a large grocery store. Solid all around - we wished we had more time to stay there!

Cosy modern villa with all the essentials for a short stay for our family of 4. Short walk or drive to local cafes, supermarkets and playground. Quiet neighbourhood although we did hear the construction noises from the properties on both sides from early in the morning. Villa has a kitchen and laundry with all appliances. They were even able to provide a portacot and baby bath tub. Central heating was appreciated on the cold Mudgee mornings! Only negative would be the very narrow lock up garage and narrow driveway - challenging to park an SUV and almost impossible to then open the doors to load the kids in.
