Customer service is non-existent, if you stay two days you will not have room service and the towels are old, small insufficient... suggestion not to walk barefoot, since the floor of the room is unhygienic.... if you stay two days, they only leave you coffee for one day... they do not give you water and sell it....

Room was as advertised, the restaurant was close though. Great location, 5 minute walk to old town

Perfect location to stay close to what Montreal has to offer. Price was reasonable BUT parking is NOT INCLUDED $32 PER DAY that included taxes lol. However i was very disappointed with the condition of my 1st room for example rust in the bathtub, washroom door couldn't close plus our bed sheets had hair right beside the pillow and the other bed had eyebrows, when we went to complain they didn't want to check instead they gave us clean sheets for us to replace and to speak with the manager in the morning?! So next day went to speak the manager she dismissed me she didn't gave a crap we had to stay another but she didn't bother offering a discount or free parking.She looked at me like I was a no body and I probably was just lying to get a discount...so I rented another room which was much better ....elevators 1st day were dirty and they are both run down ,bar/ restaurant was closed for renovation what wasn't mentioned in the website by the way. Over all I give 3 stars 🌟 just because of the location and the young man that works there in the morning that was very friendly. Otherwise night shift lady waa very cold and rude and the manager the same.Not a place I would stay again i prefer paying more and be treated with respect...

Standard room doesn’t have a lot of things… The room claimed to have shampoo and conditioner on the website however it is just the 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash in a soap dispenser.. housekeeping is every 3 days unless requested and there is no coffee or kettle in the room. There is a fridge though. We also asked to store our luggage there and they charged us $4 each bag - this should be a standard complimentary service, this is the first hotel that has charged me to store my luggage before check in.

The price is aligned with what you get. Tax in the room was $160 and we were “upgraded” to a presidential suite which honestly was unnecessary as it had an awkward boardroom and living area with cold white/blue lighting. Lina at reception was not cut out for the hospitality industry. Do not expect to change her attitude. I wouldn’t even mention this if I hadn’t heard her talking to a friend on the phone with a completely different energy while we waited for forks. Lower your expectations and you’ll be fine.

The room was not cllean and there is no parking you have to pay for parking outside i paid 60 dollars and the bed was not comfortable

It’s very old and basic. Great location and not bad if you wanna just sleep there. Staff were friendly, but overall don’t have high expectations. Parking is small and $32 per night.

I was worried after reading several horrific reviews however, my fiancé and I were there for four nights and five days and the room was clean and excellent location to old Port Montreal. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which made it easy to commute around for cheap. We took advantage of the self-serve laundry room they have a vending machine in the lobby that has laundry detergent and dryer sheets in it. For the washer and dryer it was around three dollars per machine. Our room was very large with a living room and couch. The cons would be no coffee in the rooms no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the rooms. Our hairdryer wasn’t working and the bed was extremely small other than that. Excellent stay. Would return.

The pictures made it look like funky cool eclectic hotel it was not. It was run down and homeless people hanging around I asked the staff where I could go eat they pointed down the street Not helpful

No parking it says self park but they charge for it but on hotel listing it shows self park notinh says about paid parking or included parking, also pictures does not mat with what actual hotel looks like
