No air conditioner too much mosquito’s staff was not friendly. Too filthy and bad smell on the 8th floor. Waste of money and time.

It's not flashy but it gets the job done. There is no housekeeping during your stay (at least not during the three days I spent there). I assume they will make up the room if you ask, but I never bothered.

Do not stay at this hotel, condition of hotel does not match the photos, staff not helpful.we had to checkout due to strong smell of cleaning products, the room was not ventilated after cleaning with bleach products. Refused to give us alternate room and told to prop your door open to the hall, the smell will go away. No other choice than to book another hotel. We arrived at four and our one room was not ready…after two hours hanging out in the lobby with no resolution we left as we needed a place to sleep . The odour was very strong and made my friend ill. There were other issues as well.

Worn tired very bassic rooms, not that clean, beeds not mad properly with limited bedding. No coffe maker, shampoo or othere standard amenities, Air conditioner hard to use and very loud

Pros: great location Cons: Elevator broke - no contingency plan, had to climb up 5 flights of stairs in a 85 degree stairwell (shoutout to other guest who helped my elderly mother carry her baggage up at 11pm)(didn’t get any compensation) The air conditioning leaves a lot to be desired - I asked for a fan and they didn’t give me one. Shower wasn’t cleaned well in between guests (love seeing other people’s pubic hair!) (there was also rust on all the drains) Of the 5 lamps in the room, only two worked. Only one side of the bed had a plug to charge, but both outlets are being used by lamps. Gaps in the flooring Overall: the location is great, but the hotel doesn’t look anything like its advertised. The staff was not very helpful/hospitable.

Clean room

The female night staff at front desk was not very helpful or very friendly. No advance notice the restaurant was closed. Would’ve been very nice if they at least provided coffee in the lobby while restaurant was being renovated. Rooms were clean and great location but can’t say much else positive.

I always book here for the smooth process and clean property ! Parking a little tricky but easy for nearby Public Parking or roadside.

The room was large and clean. The location was very convenient to old Montreal and an 8-minute taxi from Central Station. Vary happy with the price per night. r \ w

They offer a clean , spacious room at a good price. The hotel is also at a great location. It is just minutes away from Old Montreal and close to the metro. However, the upkeep could be better. The refrigerator racks were either missing or broken and my nightstand had a broken drawer. The closet is large but there were only 3 clothes hangers present. Like many hotels, they will let you store your luggage after you check out. However at this hotel they charge a fee for this service.

Price okay, good location but everything smelled like an ashtray. Overwhelming. People are allowed to smoke directly next to the door outside and the hallways smell like smoke, the room, the bed, the sofa, the elevator.... also, I was suprised that I was asked to charge my credit card $200 as a deposit. Understood, but why does it take 10 business days to get it back? Why do they charge it?
