Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and there was loads of choice. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable.

The staff were all positive, friendly and helpful. A standout feature of the hotel. Choices of restaurants was good, but book the Inn. The hotel restaurant less busy but still great food and service. If you have the opportunity do book a sea view room, it just adds to the experience.

Awful view from the room. Inn at the bay- awful. Food was poor. The wait over 40 minutes & too many dogs allowed in there. Some of the chairs were so badly marked I wouldn’t sit on them. Small bed in a small room. Wardrobe space was inadequate- couldn’t hang dresses up. Window was dirty. Horrible taps with an otherwise pleasant bathroom- except there was a broken toilet flush, not enough toiletries the bottom strip on the shower screen was disgustingly unclean, although this was sorted when I asked. We were told that the hotel was full so we didn’t bother asking for another room. Tables in the restaurant were sticky and breakfast was ok, although I would question the quality of produce, pineapple was bland, eggs seem poor quality, and although the staff were good they were far too intrusive, asking constantly if everything was ok. I understand that it is due for an update shortly, however this is no excuse for poor facilities, food and service. Would this be a place I would stay again? Probably not in the near future.

All members of staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They go about their duties efficiently and effectively. Our room was clean and serviced daily with the hospitality tray and toiletries being replenished regularly. There is a fairly good choice of food at the breakfast buffet and also a variety of hot dishes are available and served at your table.

Lovely, homely hotel in a beautiful area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I would recommend booking a sea view. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. Our cooked full english breakfast was tasty and piping hot. Lovely area to explore. South Stack lighthouse is very nearby and well worth a visit.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Super location It’s going to refurbished soon and desperately needs a lift for rooms 700 +. They are a real trek away and we would not book them again.

Beautiful old hotel. Bit rickety and creaky in the wind but adds to its charm. The staff are very friendly and go over and above.

Got there late as ferry was delayed but staff were very understanding but hurried up on ordering food as chef wanted to go home but when it came out it was absolutely delicious and the waiter/ barman made us feel really welcome laughing and joking with us (Ashley) l think 👍

The room was clean & totally adequate but we found the stair up to the annex very steep making it not very safe for elderly people like our selves. the food was good. & breakfast was excellent as was the staff.

Was only here for a 2 night stay. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, everything you could want. Overall good stay.
