Everything was good... the only issue I had was that I wanted to use the smart TV and it didn't work as it should have, but that is okay - I got a little more rest, so it was all good

The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never mentioned to him that he could purchase tickets at the restaurant.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, smelt nice. The room was clean and quiet.

The bathroom needs hooks or towel rails. There was nowhere to hang towels. Many of the tables in the restaurant were dirty.

Great spot to be for a couple of days. Laundry machines could be updated other than that good experience.

The staff was lovely. And rooms are clean The pool is LOUD. Like It’s hard to describe just how loud. If there’s anyone in there with you, you’ll have to yell to be heard above the echos. Also, they don’t have any extra life jackets on hand for kids.

The room was spacious & very comfortable. It was nice to have a separate easy chair to sit in when watching TV as well. The only small issue was the lighting over the bathroom sink, not very bright when getting ready.
