ban đầu có hỏi khách sạn là mình đặt 2 phòng 1 phòng 3 và 1 phòng 2. thì chỉ hỏi trước nếu muốn lấy 2 phòng 2 pool view ok ko, thì nhận trả lời không mấy thiện cảm. rồi sau đó mới nói lại được, ở cũng được nhưng linh hoạt và chịu khó nghe hết câu khách nói sẽ ổn hơn.

The hotel outside view is beautiful, but the room is very boring. I don't like the brick floor, the lights in the room are very dark. Refrigerator smells of mold and not much cold. The TV has only a few channels to watch, the bed sheets do not change and only the cleaning staff can re-spread the sheets. The air conditioner and everything in the room are old. The restroom is too boring, the space is open, the walls are mossy, there is no bath soap, no combs and hairs, the old tolet is dirty. The only plus is the clothesline. The outdoor swimming pool is dirty with many fallen leaves. The reception is gentle and enthusiastic.

I was completely different from the photo: (The room was dark, there was a spider web, the receptionist was not very enthusiastic. Because the scene was also pretty and the book was cheap, I still rated the plus point.

Everything in the room view was pretty good but except for the restrooms, but the room rates were really good compared to the room views if the toilets were clean here too great. The pool in the room view was quite nice.

Guests located in the alley is quite easy to find. The hotel is nice, close to nature so a bit more mosquitoes because there are many trees around. Rooms like in the picture, friendly staff, quite complete amenities (pool, billiard table, table tennis).

Resort is very suitable for tourists who have a tendency to stay, although not located near the beach like other resorts, but in return the staff is extremely warm here. My family came to Phu Quoc for the first time, the Phu Quoc weather was not beautiful, so the whole resort was only my family, but not so the staff here neglected the service. Really very satisfied with the staff here, 10 points. The only thing to overcome is to increase the wifi speed of the resort. Friendly, sociable, cute, hospitable, dedicated, ... generally 10 points. Hopefully Hillside will be more focused by tourists

The room is the same as the picture, spacious, airy, comfortable, and clean. Very good breakfast. Attentive, friendly, polite service attitude. Surely we will stay here again and recommend to friends and relatives.

My feeling at Hillside is very pleasant. So are my parents. Simple design, rustic, giving grandparents a very comfortable feeling. I especially appreciate the enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and responsibility of the staff. Your style (friendly, enthusiastic) is also very suitable for the theme of the resort. The only thing about food is quite limited. Maybe because my family came to the resort when it was in the stage of going to the name, so few visitors, so the kitchen could not have more choices. But one point my mother commented and I felt very sympathetic to her. As a resort on an island district, where fish sauce is a famous specialty, the restaurant's kitchen should also highlight that feature. The cost of a meal at a restaurant is not small, but the too sketchy and poor quality bowl of water has put all the effort of the kitchen to the dish. It was the only point I had to comment on, hoping the kitchen would improve. Thank you to the staff who brought wonderful holidays to our family.

I find the hotel quite ok. Good price. Evaluate properly 3 * about the material part but the staff is very enthusiastic and wonderful. As in other hotels you check out, you will not be able to return or change your clothes, but the hotel has this service. The feeling is quite quiet and romantic too. But there is one thing because the room is in the mountains, so there are rats on the roof, there is also rat manure in the bathroom. I don't like the bath here, the brick design is like that, the feeling will be slightly foul. Occasionally there are mosquitoes and dust vapor. But there is a great holiday here anyway.
