The staff were all good except one on night duty, rude and not helpful. Good hotel all round but the TV did not work... will stay again.

Only one complaint. I asked one of the night time staff to order me a taxi early in the morning. He did, but it never came. He wasn't very helpful, so I ended up walking. The person in question should learn some manners. Other than that, all was good.

Great hotel, convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable stay.

I didn't try the hotel food, so I can't comment on that.

Clean and safe accommodation, close to the city, convenient travel

I'm always trying several budget rooms around mekong riverside. With a tens of visit every year to vientiane, this is the first experience i've with this hotel. Only wow amazing words during 2 days staying here. Quick check in process (the documents & room were ready once i'm coming), this is the budget hotel with lift (i never got this on my previous experiences). A wide room, more than enough for 2 peoples. Wider bathroom (around 4x1,5 mtr) with good hot water. Towels, drink waters, air fan, air-con,shampoo & liquid soap have been provided inside. Every morning, they always change the towel & drink waters. They also clean up the room every day, eventhough you do not request it. Very safe hotel (enough cctv & staff in every floors). From my views, they're maintained the cleanliness very well (lobby, walls, lift, room, & bathroom). You only need 2-4 minutes walk to night market, street food stalls, atms, coffee shop, marts. 8-10 minutes walking to morning market, central bus station, or patuxay. Very near with public bus stop, so you can going there & waiting a bus going to central bus station. Minus : due my room on the 3rd floor without tv, I can not watching through smartphone due poor wifi connections inside. I'll trying another budget hotels arounds & compare it. I already have a favourite budget hotel. But I think, mixay paradise hotel will replace it soon :)
