the coffee machine down the lobby was the best part for me 😊

room was in good condition but the area surrounding the hotel was a bit sketchy - questionable people present in the hotel and heavy police presence. all the staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate given the circumstances tho. coffee machines in the front also had good drinks. overall 6.5/10 stay

Staff were very nice and accommodating! Hotel is in the perfect spot between everything in the city. Will be coming back for our next trip to Montreal!

Most of the front desk staff were personable, engaging and really fun to speak with throughout different shifts/times of the day. The issues experienced were the potent scent of Pinesol or a cleaning agent/solution that hit me and my friends upon entrance of our rooms and lingered in the hallways as well. In one of the rooms the cleaning agent/solution remained in the room throughout the three night stay it was so potent. I even got a headache. Also, one of the rooms I had booked had an issue with the window that was never fixed. The window was ajar just enough that you could hear the noise of emergency vehicles or other random commotion throughout the night and early mornings interrupting our sleep. In one of the rooms the shower head clip was degraded/compromised, so the shower head at times would fall from being in place above the head as I showered.

Fridge in room was making such a loud noise that it cause headache for my wife
