Ease of check in, valet included in parking, room maintained throughout stay

Hotel itself is good. I believe it meet general requirement for solo/couple/family/group traveller. Only one issue i find it quite disturbing/stressing. Panhandling activities. You can see few person/beggars loitering the street panhandling. So uncomfortable ended up me & my wife stay at hotel after 7pm.

Using a wheelchair the washroom have no bars and very low toilets. A room change helped but still tricky. Staff did best to accommodate

Clean room

I enjoyed the hotel very much. Location great. Welcome some water and snack also great. The best is front staff they always greeted with smile. How nice. But one thing I looked for some amenities. Like a pen, hair corms etc… It’s not big deal I just say to front. But if they prepare at front I can grab easily. Otherwise everything great. I’d like to stay again here and recommend to my family and friends. Thank you very very much.

Great hotel, friendly staff !

Clean roos, nice staff, there was construction outside but it wasn't too loud. Good AC and shower.

Did not eat breakfast we had other plans. Staff was helpful. The room was clean and we appreciated the air conditioning as it was very humid outside.

The hotel was located in a perfect spot. Very close to downtown restaurants, bars, etc. It definitely could use an update as things were not in the best shape which gave it a “dirty” feel to it. Overall it was a decent stay but nothing other than just ok.

Decent location and a good price

The hotel itself is clean, staff were helpful and the room was good but right outside is a completely different story. The amount of homeless people and sketchy people right outside made it really unsafe to go out especially at night. I was asked to buy drugs right infront of the lobby and was actually asked for change inside while at the breakfast area. Parking was 70$ for a weekend which is fine because I think if I left my car outside it would have gotten broken into. Would strongly not recommend for a family.

was in the PERFECT spot downtown close to everything walking distance to everything to tour and see. Felt very safe in the hotel even at night as they have someone on staff 24/7 and lock the front doors at 9pm so no sketchy people can get in so I felt very safe while going out at night. Great price for a nice room with king bed for 5 nights. If you want a nice hotel downtown close to everything walking distance and for a good price I recommend this location! Would definitely go back when I come back to montreal

Very happy with our recent stay. Rooms were clean, updated and well appointed. Mattress very comfortable and bedding crisp and clean. Great location and friendly staff. Highly recommend! Great value.

The toilet wasn’t cleaned at the base, quite gross. The shower switch couldn’t be used, so unable to take a bath and the window wouldn’t open.

Very clean, room smelled nice & fresh & lemony. Great location. Bed was amazing. Will stay again for sure.

Had a very comfortable stay. Room was clean and well furnished for my needs. The shower was a little underwhelming in its power and had an annoying habit of dripping constantly when turned off. The hotel seemed well maintained otherwise although the décor was a little dated. The location isn't great. Montreal has its issues just many large cities and this hotel is amongst it. Found it fairly easy to access the historic parts of the city as well as the more modern parts.
