Everyone was wonderful

Great location with all rooms having a view of the ocean. Service was good and they were able to change our room type when checking in. Would look to stay there again on our next trip to the island.

This is such a great location to walk to American Village for lots of shopping and dining options. The hotel itself is new and, while the rooms are compact, they provided everything needed for for a 12 night stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the washer and dryer and small but very functional kitchen. Coffee and pastry were provided each day in the lobby. The staff was great at providing ideas for sightseeing and instruction on how to use the bus system. We stayed on the top floor and woke up to an unobstructed view of the ocean each morning and had beautiful sunsets from the balcony at night. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed here several times in the past year. It’s has been consistent with great staff and hospitality. What I love is the view, then the lovely bedding, clean room with washer and dryer. Makes me happy to return. Recommend!

The room had lots of space and had an amazing view of the ocean. Absolutely loved it

Our room had a view of the ocean and the hotel was walking distance from American Village. A perk was we could see the stars very clearly in the sky which I don’t see often living in the city. I didn’t get much sleep because the mattress was sinking in the middle. It felt like I was sleeping on a hill. Other than that, service was great and there are free bikes to use on the walking/bike path by the waterfront.

I’ve nothing but raving satisfaction for the service of the crew starting from Marie and Abe who were always on hand for to answer every query you might have. Staff fluent English speakers and of course excellent Japanese. Plenty of dining options all within a 15 to 30 minute walk radius. And the beachside sunset view is to really look forward too. Definitely coming back! Give Marie and Abe a raise, they’re an asset to the hotel.

Great service and staff. Very nice room with washer, drier and kitchenette. Very close to lots of activities and stores. Very comfortable bed and good WIFI Svcs.

Great overall, seems sketchy at first, though when you’re there, it’s a different story. A great place to stay the night.

Staff members were really nice!

Used the rooms washing machine and found MOLD / FUNGUS on the clothes after washing.. Reported such to the front desk, No response what so ever from hotel management.. I spent my own money to purchase a gallon of Bleach and continuously run the washing machine with bleach in the water until the MOLD / FUNGUS was removed.... YOU NEED TO DO BETTER FOR YOUR HOTEL GUEST....

Great stay, friendly staff, convenient location.

It’s near American Village and Chatan park with bonus weekend fireworks. Parking is a challenge. Not a lot of available space but they have a dirt parking lot a block away seems like. Unit AC is old, but cannot beat the views and near a place to walk around and commercial establishments
