Very limited parking and in noisy area

Nettes Personal, nicht alle Zimmer sind allerdings ohne Stufen erreichbar. Beim Frühstück wurde auch auf lokale Lieferanten hingewiesen, Bio-Produkte (falls vorhanden) waren allerdings nicht hervorgehoben. Rührei wurde frisch aus Eiern gemacht.

Sehr nettes, hübsches Hotel in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal, süße, renovierte Zimmer und top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Dejlig og smuk hotel, god service m.v.

My experience at Nuhnental was very good. The staff is very attentive. Rooms are cozy and the fact there’s sauna and a swimming pool is a real bonus. All the facilities appeared to be recently renovated. Location is unbeatable.

Alt var gidt

Rigtig fint sted til en forlænget weekend på ski i Winterberg. Lejligheden var større end forventet og med alle de ting, man har behov for. Nemt at parkere tæt på bygningen (mod gebyr). Lækker pool og saunaområde. Venlig service og nemt at kommunikere med hotelejeren. Vi kommer gerne igen!

Heel fijn verblijf en ruim appartement. Alle comfort aanwezig en heel dicht bij het centrum van Winterberg. Vriendelijk onthaal en goede uitleg. Een aanrader

Heerlijk hotel in hartje winterberg. Ontzettend fijne wellness, mooie grote schone hotelkamers met goede bedden en ruime badkamer met regendouches. Om de hoek van winkeltjes en restaurantjes, alles prima!

Es war alles wirklich super, ein ganz tolles Hotel, mitten in Winterberg mit einer super netten "Chefin", das Zimmer war wirklich schön und alles was man braucht, Frühstück war sehr nett angerichtet und hatte eine gute Auswahl, wenn ich wieder ein Hotel in Winterberg brauche, dann gerne jederzeit wieder!

The hotel is nice but I had a terrible experience as a customer. I had a reservation from 22/02 until 24/02. I had to arrive late at the hotel due to personal reasons and I had not seen that I had to call in advance so that they can prepare a late arrival. The check-in time limit was 18:00 and I called them around 21:30 to ask if the restaurant was still open, and to my surprise they told me that not only the restaurant was closed, but so was the hotel. They also told me that 1) it was not possible to open it because there was nobody there; 2) I had to find another place to stay that night and 3) it would be out of my own pocket. I told the lady that I had a child with me, and she just said to me: "this is not my problem". After further discussions she was able to provide a room for that night in another hotel just across the street. She also told me that it was not possible to get my original room that night because it had been already sold to somebody else. What really amazes me is why they did not call me to ask if I was going to arrive late, given that I was not there before 18:00. They simply did nothing and sold my room to another person. If they had not done that, we could make an arrangement to get the keys for the apartment, or even they could have left it hidden somewhere, but of course this was not possible as the room was occupied.
