This is a lovely hotel that is very convenient to transportation options including the subway, trams and the airport express bus. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious by European standards. It is quiet in part because it's on an alleyway which seemed safe but was unattractive. Staff was friendly but not helpful when I asked for a dinner recommendation.

Clean property and friendly staff. Attentive housekeeping. Only mark down is for the shower. The shower head wouldn’t stay fixed in position.

Amazing stay, as always. This time I stayed alone and still wasn’t disappointed. Staff is really really lovely, welcoming and helpful, room is cleaned daily. Also there are more than enough choices at breakfast. The location is the best. Thank you again!

Great location, nice and clean room, breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. We asked for a nice view but where the hotel is located its not possible. Hotel was very warm, perhaps too warm, had to sleep with window open but at 3am was woken by the 2 men routing through bin bags that were piled up outside in car park and banging for over 30 minutes.

The hotel is located on a dead end street. The bathroom wasn't clean.

Hotel was lovely. Close to everything. Quite, comfy beds. Only downfall was the hotel bar, non existence really. Really poor selection of drinks. Ashame as everything else was good.

The property is very conveniently located in the city center at walkable distance from St Stephens Basilica and other major attractions. On the downside, the hotel does not have all facilities that other top chain hotels would have (restaurant, pool, etc). Breakfast buffet could be improved. The bar is attended by the reception desk, which is not ideal.

A nice medium size hotel at the heart of Budapest’s historic Jewish quarter. Location is great. Plenty of food and attractions within walking distance. Same for public transportation. Room was large. Warm. Nice shower with heated floor. Comfy bed. Minibar. Large cabinet. Desk and chair. Breakfast is rich and nutritious. Minor maintenance issue with shower was fixed promptly. Great value for money!

Absolutely fantastic place yo stay. All the members of stuff were super helpful and professional. Great options at continental breakfast. And was given a complementary drinks at my birthday to the room and small note with it which is nice. Highly recommend the place.

The staff at the hotel were amazing We had a minor issue with our room the first night We needed to switch rooms and the staff was very accommodating. They couldn’t upgrade us because they were full but they offered to pay for the taxi back to the airport and then they surprised us with a lovel fruit platter with two wines. Very impressive
