Very clean and comfortable.

Clean spacious room,property was well kept. Close to amenities.

All was good. Just a little info is that they charge your account a day before check-in to see if it works and then ask for a deposit on-top of your room charge. All in all, everything else was good

No record of Expedia reservation when I arrived. Staff indicate this hotel does not integrate well with expedia so if you want to stay here ... be sure to book direct with the hotel and not through expedia. The staff were helpful and even honoured my expedia price otherwise would have cost a lot more. Be warned.

The location is fantastic with ample free parking. It is close to downtown and old town. There are nature trails next to the property. You can enjoy a walk (a loop) around the lake to see beautiful wildlife. It was ideal for our stay as it is also close to the highway and airport. The airport is 10 minutes away. In general, there are power outages in the Territory and one should be understanding of that. The hotel team, pivots quickly to work with these issues. More attention could be paid to the upkeep of the hotel. It's the small things like vacuuming furniture and carpets. Updating living room furniture at some point. Ensuring things such as the in room phones actually work or the ice machines in the hallway. When these things were brought to the attention of the front desk, they received it with gratitude and were sincerely sorry for any inconvenience. It is a great location and there were two conferences being held there during our stay. It didn't feel like the hotel was overwhelmed with people because it is a large venue. I would recommend it.

Conveniently located in thd downtown area, close to amenities and airport.

This was a perfect hotel for us to stay in while visiting Yellowknife. The only complaint I would have is that we had to ask for clean wash cloths and clean glasses.

Room was upgraded to apartment suite for special occasions. Clean & spacious! Food at the Quarry restaurant was also tasty! Friendly staff and servers! Really enjoyed our stay!

Housecleaning was slow and confused

First time visiting yellowknife, was happy with the hotel it was very busy hotel that is pretty central to everything, beds were comfy, ac worked great , water pressure was nice, restaurant food was good coffee tasty the staff were so sweet and helpful
