Friendly staff clean and comfortable but a bit noisy at night

Pleasant stay but we do think that breakfàst should be included in the price.

The front desk insited on speaking Spanish only. Upon check in the lady at the desk tried to charge us for the kids even though the reservation was paid for in full for two adults and two kids. We were given a room with king size bed and a sofa with no bedding for the kids. We had to make the bed for them with a spare comforter and pillow. So much for hospitality.

Despite smoking prohibited signs in the rooms, each room has an ash tray and distinctly smell of stale tobacco smoke. our first room was so pungent we asked to change. Luckily, a less smelly room was available. The smell was quite off-putting and we will not revisit.

Our booking requested a double bed - we got 2 twins pushed together which was fine. But it would have been much better to have appropriate sized bed linen for this makeshift double bed. Housekeeping didn't attend our room once - we didn't hear them come to our floor until early-mid afternoon which unfortunately was time for our siesta. So we lived with a crumpled bed and the same towels for our entire stay. Please start housekeeping service earlier and be done by siesta time. Breakfast and location were both good. Reception staff pleasant but sadly they have to work on PCs with Windows XP which does not help if guests need assistance with printing boarding passes.

Great Hotel, nice facilities, near for many place

We spent one night in this hotel. my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. Several issues contributed to this negative experience: • The room was not properly maintained: the laundry was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor • The furniture was old and worn, which diminished the overall comfort and appearance of the room. • We paid 170 euros for a quadruple room, and according to your website this rate included breakfast. However, no breakfast was provided. • In addition, we booked a suite for 200 euros, but the quality and standard of this suite were very poor and not in line with the price charged. • The staff at the reception had limited English proficiency, which caused unnecessary difficulties in communication. Overall, the services and facilities provided were not consistent with what is expected from a 4-star hotel, nor did they reflect the value of the prices paid.

In the center of Melilla, the hotel is perfectly located. Breakfast is quite right to begin the day. Rooms are large and quiet.

Guy in reception extremely bad and unpleasant. For this reason i will never book in this hotel.

Le prix ne correspond pas à la chambre donner. Le climat ne fonctionne pas. Le lit est cassé et non confortable. Décevant aucun rapport qualité prix . Par rapport aux personnels de hôtel était bien et sympathique mais malheureusement y'avais aucun moyen de changer la chambre.

El hotel no es ni mucho menos un 4 estrellas, quizas un 2. El emplazamiento esta muy bien, en pleno centro y rodeado de muchos bares y restaurantes. El desayuno buffet igualmente es muy poblre para ser un 4 estrellas

Accueil très professionnel langue parlée uniquement l'espagnol et anglais. Communs propres et fonctionnels. Chambre confortable mais sans plus. propre spacieuse. Petit dej nul. le buffet est une plaisanterie peu de choix produits peu qualitatif une grande déception

Personal/Variedad desayuno

Esta genial todo muy limpio y cómodo, a destacar la limpieza, y por poner una crítica constructiva vendría bien mejorar la insonorización. Pero todo perfecto

Es un buen hotel situado en pleno centro de Melilla, a un paso de todas las administraciones, comercios y restaurantes principales de la ciudad y también a unos 200 metros a pie del puerto. El establecimiento se encuentra en buen estado, las camas son cómodas y se descansa muy bien, sobre todo en las habitaciones interiores: a mí me tocó una muy agradable y soleada, con vistas al monte Gurugú. Todo está limpio y la señal wifi funciona perfectamente, así que pude trabajar cómodamente desde mi habitación. El personal es amable y servicial. Diría que este hotel tiene la mejor relación calidad/precio de todos los que hay en Melilla. Sin duda me volveré a hospedar en él.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas es de 3. Ruidoso la puerta de la habitacion no cerraba hermeticamente y entraba la luz del pasillo.super centrico
