We loved this hotel and would definitely return!

We used this property as a reset on our vacation It was the perfect place to feel pampered and indulgent. We spent our day by the lovely pool. There was noice from the road between the hotel grounds and the beach so it too some time to get used to the sound of cars but other that the noise it was a lovely day! We also went to the beach in the afternoon and had lunch of Pallella and fresh calamari

Everything was great except the Concierge staff were not very friendly or helpful.

Overall a nice hotel, in a good location, which we’ve stayed at many times. Only complaints: the slightly undersized rooms; pillows not feathered felt hard and cheap; the €33 charge per person for breakfast (even kids) is annoying and atypical extra at this level; mixed but decent level of staff service. In short, it’s strong but not exceptional for the price.

Nice touches like towel service around pool Turndown service Negative is that whilst a large choice at breakfast the hot section is tepid at best

The breakfast was excellent. A delightful buffet with different bakery options, fresh cheeses and local cured meats, and even omelette, eggs Benedict, and eggs cooked to order. The bar staff and rooftop bar/restaurant is lovely.

Absolutely loved my stay here! I was there for a trip for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make my trip special, including leaving a note for me as well as a pastry prior to my arrival! Absolutely stunning stunning with amazing views and the staff provides one of the best customer service I’ve ever received! I will definitely be returning!

The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast for a buffet was all fine but not outstanding for a 5 star. I became violently ill after eating breakfast the first day but recovered later in the day. I feel it was something bad in the omelette. Lots of bread but not a lot of flavour. Our room was nice but the view was just a deserted side street ( they say city view which is sort of misleading ) Although the weather was cool and windy we spent a good amount of time on 7th floor balcony that has a great view of the sea. We had drinks both in main lobby room and 7th floor but the same drink was mixed different a lot of the time. Don’t rent a car through concierge it’s really expensive and they gave us a old car. I’m sure they get a cut of 150.00 per day. On check out day our flight home was at 4:40 pm so we asked for a 1:00 pm check out but were told no 2 times. (normal checkout is 12:00) Later we were offered a room to freshen up in but the damage was done. So in closing we had a few issues but it is a fantastic hotel and great location we stayed for 7 nights and would recommend it for sure. The crappy expensive rental car company was called Larios
