Property was clean safe and loved the self parking option and walking distance to shops and dining

Room was cleaned average, the couch was broken and pull out bed had chips and other things inside it. Was not cleaned properly. They make the pictures look like it’s extravagant and it’s not. Not worth the money, would rather pay the same amount of money for a cabin.

Location, is great and the lodge is clean

The property was nice overall, but the front desk lady was pretty rude.

The gentleman working the restaurant he was older was not the best at customer service but over all everyone else was fine

Property was pretty nice but we paid more for a balcony room with water view. Had we know that our room would have been directly in front of a construction site that started at 7 every morning we would have never spent the extra money for the balcony that we did not utilize because of the noise.

Everything was great. We had a room overlooking the river it was beautiful.

Place was recommended by friends. Stayed during the coldest time of the year but it was warm and comfortable. Good view of the river behind the hotel. Nicely located in downtown Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!

Dumsters overflowing. We had to remove our own garbage and take across the street.Fox den kitchen was overpriced and of poor quality. Forgot half our order. 51.00 for a pizza and 4 burnt chicken fingers. Very poor for a Hilton Tapestry facility.

Right on the riverwalk. Close to dining and shopping. It had a holiday atmosphere.

The property was within 2 miles of everything we planned to do this weekend. We will be staying here again in the future!

Loved the spaciousness of the room to accommodate all my grandkids. And the proximity to all the attractions and restaurants was great

stayed a week. the atmosphere is great. staff was very polite and helpful. the shampoo.conditioner and body lotion was very convenient and big bottles. They replaced the bottle when it was empty the product is very good..

Only thing i disliked is the bar closes at 10. Other than that everything was great.

Great place! Breakfast shouldn’t cost an additional fee, but I understand as it’s in such a tourist area. The light on the patio didn’t work, and the toilet was a bit loose from its floor seating but overall, the room was great. Many thanks!
