Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, can’t thank them enough. I ate at the hotel restaurant and it was fantastic as well.

Always helpfull to book transportation for the airport both ways. Also giving maps out for Santiago and tips how to visit the city. Always taking care. Nice place to stay.

Room was large, hot showers, complimentary wine. Curtious staff. Conveniently located to Metro and town square. The hotel does NOT offer a laundry service. However there is a laundy, dry cleaning service in the next block, 3 min walk.

The Breakfast was exactly what I like. The Staff at the reception is very helpfull, after I had communication problems with pick up from the airport. They solved the problem. Very recommendable.

Unfortunately the bar was closed being Sunday. Lovely little restaurant bar over the road. The evening staff member was excellent he ordered an airport transfer for us and went out of his way to look after us. Great stay thanks

Overall great hotel - good location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. However, do not stay on the top floor (7). It is INCREDIBLY noisy with noises from the restaurant on the top of the hotel, noises from the elevator, mystery noises in the walls ...

I had a wonderful stay in Chile because of the staff at this hotel. They let me check my bags early so I could look around the city til my room was ready. The room was spacious and comfortable the bed was extremely so. The staff provided maps and one even walked me to a pickup site. The hotel is nearly many sites to see and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

This was a lovely little boutique hotel near many attractions. The staff there was super helpful to me holding bags, directions one even escorted me to a bus stop. They arranged cabs etc. the room as spacious and comfortable. If I had anything I would change it would be a little more variety in the hot breakfast besides eggs maybe something like waffles? But on the whole a wonderful relaxing stay. I highly recommend them.
