This is my fifth stay at the hotel. As ever, there is always a friendly, professional welcome. The hotel decor is exquisite. Room was immaculately clean and well-equipped. The free drinks (hot and cold) and snacks are very convenient. The bathroom has lovely products. The hotel is also conveniently situated - very close to the Thames as well as London Bridge Station. I definitely recommend

Highly recommend The Lalit Hotel. Helpful and friendly staff, luxury, great location, clean and comfortable large rooms.

The hotel service could have been much better. We had to request items like towels and cutlery multiple times before they arrived. It was also very dusty in the room, as in a layer of dust on some of the furniture. Other than that, the rooms were spacious and the location was great. My only other gripe was the television options; no option for streaming channels, etc.. A nice hotel overall, but not a 5 star experience by any measure.

Property was well located and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and responsive. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the service was great. We had nice massages in the spa but the manager talked loudly and constantly on the phone and we could hear him in the treatment room

A perfect stay once again. This is my favourite hotel in London and is a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the London streets.

Wonderful stay, great spa, very helpful and friendly staff - super professional and beautifully located.

This is not a five star hotel. The bed and room furnishings (which were run down) were mediocre at best. It takes more than free chips and soda pop (free mini bar which it is not) or a button you can press for do not disturb to be a 5 star. I expect luxury accommodation, this isn’t even close. There was no bellman to greet you and help with luggage until you walked in and asked for help. There is no sound proofing on windows as stated so if your room is on the back of the hotel you are on the loading dock. My bathroom ceiling leaked two days in a row before they moved me and after requesting to speak with the duty manager I never received a call back. Would never recommend this place and Expedia should do a site visit to validate their 5 star status, strongly disagree.

Location is very close to the Tower of London and the bridge. The facilities is beautiful and staff are very helpful. We would certainly stay again.

1st time staying at this hotel, chose a suite as it was a special occasion. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Suite was very clean, spacious and had everything we required. Hotel staff offered a very warm welcome every time we entered the hotel, and we extremely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was slightly disorganised with staff trying to charge us, when full breakfast options were already included in our Suite booking. But once resolved, breakfast was very enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend staying here if you wish to be near London Bridge or Tower Bridge; The Shard: or Borough Market. London Bridge Tube station is located nearby.

This is our second stay at The LaLit London and we were just as impressed this time as we were the last. The staff are very friendly and the room was spacious and accommodating. The daily breakfast is also a fantastic way to start the day. We particularly like that the hotel is outside the centre of London so less hustle and bustle but with easy access to public transport to get around as needed. We look forward to rebooking The LaLit for our next stay in London.
