We stayed for four nights and had good sleep all nights. We like the kitchen facilities especially the dishwasher. The laundry is just one washer and the dryer was at another location due to the one onsite is under repair, so I did not use it. We like the free croissant and hot drink machine which is a bonus. Filtered water is a bonus too. The team at the reception is always friendly and helpful. We will try Roomzzz in other locations.

Have stayed in better places in Newcastle but they cost more. Overall, and allowing for price, this a great hotel in a good location. My only real criticism is that the complimentary coffee is rank, but there is great coffee place around the corner (Sorcerer) so all good! :-)

Nice apartment, adequately equipped

Great small apartment with a view over the River Tyne. Well equipped mini kitchen, excellent shower. Only drawback is lack of a spare blanket for people who feel cold. Heating system works well once you work it out.

Fantastic location close to bars town and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff are really friendly and helpful and make checking in a breeze plus our room was all ready for us even though we were really early. Been before which is why we returned and will defo be returning in the future.

Great spacious room. Lovely rainfall shower as well as a regular shower head. Decent size bathroom and I loved the apartment style amenities - made it a really comfortable 3 night stay.

This place is great, however every time I've stayed the coffee machine for breakfast in the morning has been broken for me that has been the only disappointment
