I would suggest that handrails be installed in bathrooms to make it safer for seniors.

The desk help were pleasant and efficient. The room decor and shape were old and in need of updates and some deep cleaning. The curtains and furniture looked like they were from the 1970's and definitely needed replacement. The bathroom caulk and tile were in need of some deep cleaning. The shower water did ot drain while showering and was several inches deep when done. Surprisingly, the bed was quite comfortable and I slept well. The free breakfast was fine for some morning coffee and snacks. Overall though, I got what I paid for--a cheap hotel that I stayed at for one night.

Stayed at LeLux Hotel during my Montreal trip. The location is convenient, but the room was too hot and uncomfortable during my stay. The elevator also feels very old. Hopefully they can improve the ventilation and facilities.

Had a terrible check in experience. The parking lot is chaos with poles taking up entire spots and not enough spots for all guests. When asking the front desk if they knew of other lots nearby they had no idea of the area and were very unhelpful. We stayed for 4 nights and on the 3rd day I had to go to the front desk to ask for my room to be cleaned as we had gone through our towels and toilet paper with garbage bins overflowing. Overall not a great experience, wouldn't stay here again.

I booked my stay through Expedia, but when I arrived, they informed me that my booking had been canceled. I never received any notification about this, and instead, I was given a random room. I wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience. The staff was okay; they answered my questions, but they weren’t very helpful. The elevator was terrible—it felt like a roller coaster. If they don’t maintain it in a few weeks, they might just install stairs to get out. It was incredibly scary to be in the elevator. The property also had very old chairs and mattresses. If you’re planning to stay there, take it at your own risk.

Staff downgraded my room from street view to back view and made me visit 3 rooms to check amenities, I ended up in a room.with no view and no aircon or phone.

Room is nice and clean. The AC wasn’t working in my room. The pillows could be better. Parking on-site is not guaranteed, we had to park offsite. Breakfast was okay (basic).
