Very bad service. Rude front desk staff. You’re only allowed 1 towel, cup, water bottle, coffee kit per day and everyday you have to go to the front desk to ask for it. Same breakfast everyday. If you need an iron or hair dryer you also have to request it at the front. The pool is so small and there’s not a whole lot of parking. There’s only 2 elevators that are tiny. Only four people allowed max, and one of them would stop working every single day we were there (9 days). We were lucky not to get stuck. The only nice person there was the cleaning lady that came to clean our room. She always made sure everything was nice and tidy. Overall would not recommend this hotel. It had good reviews but it was not at all what I was expecting.

It was a very good experience all the way around. They do need to update ammenities. There is no pool table, air hockey or ping pong table. Not sure if gym is still there either. The restaurant menu look very upscale with very reasonable pricing for their offerings. Overall a very goodstay

Thanks! Everything was 👍! Room was clean, (except they forgot to leave toilet tissue, but 1 call and they fix that, not big deal) air conditioning was perfect for that weather. Overall… great!

It was the perfect place to stay during our road trip through Mexico. Highly recommend if your close and needing a place to stay.

Great place to stay. Note, during evening thunderstorms, power briefly went out for a minute or two, and it may be better to take the stairs rather than elevator when there is stormy weather. Nice pool, nice view of city, friendly staff. Nice breakfast included, with beans, eggs... much better than a US continental breakfast. Highly recommend!
