The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor. There are nice cafeterias nearby and was close to family we were visiting.

Don't trust Hotels.com or the hotel for the free cancellation promise! I needed to delay my check-in by a day, and Hotels.com simply didn't manage to contact the hotel. I did manage (after insisting a lot!!), But they didn't accept my contact as the reservation was guaranteed by Hotels.com, according to them. In addition, the hotel kept my passport by mistake for 5 days at the reception and didn't bother to let me know. I missed an international flight for this reason.

Nice place! Has a convenient store right next to the hotel , it’s very convenient! I will go again!!

Good hotel at a good location, however they have constant issues with elevators which can a nuisance.

Location

Property for the price is not bad but its not the best. They do need to work on their check in/check out process. Took 25 min to check in and even longer to check out which is crazy. Only one line to check in and out. Beds are somewhat stiff but the AC is not bad. Overall has more of a hostel feel

Água do chuveiro da manhã ou a tarde não aquecia, só ficava morna. Exaustor do banheiro não funcionava. Café da manhã bem razoável. Equipe cordial e educada.

O café da manhã é bem variado. A localização é maravilhosa. Os recepcionistas são bem atenciosos. O quarto bem amplo e limpo. A garagem é Muitooooo apertada, preferimos deixar o carro na frente do hotel, que sempre tem vaga e é bem tranquilo (seguro). Tem uma padaria enorme ao lado do hotel com opções de almoço e jantar. Sugestão: Deveriam enviar link para agilizar o check in. Muito demorado.

Funcionário do checkin mal humorados, vaso sanitário sujo de xixi, colchão e travesseiros ja bastante desgastados. Não foi uma boa experiencia.
