Heating was broken in our room but staff accommodating and moved us to another room. Great stay and close to everything

The location is brill if you want to be right in the centre but this has a downside. 2 clubs directly opposite our room. Loud Music and people until 5am and then the street sweepers. We had a large crack in our window so that might have contributed to how loud it sounded inside. Room was very clean

A very popular hotel for groups. Multiple beds in rooms. Rooms and floors are themed. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday. Great location just minutes from Bold St. food, pubs. Theatres are walkable. But what makes this hotel is the STAFF. Super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Tip. Ring hotel in advance for recommended parking.

The Staff Couldn't of been nicer than they were great warm welcome.... But we never had a wink of sleep because of the night club next door also each time we went to the toilet there was water all over the floor and ive never stopped any where that didn't have a Bin in the main room for Rubbish...........

Great decor, space and cleanliness, comfy beds Only downside was a drunk banging on door in middle of night & noise from bars on street. I did wear my earplugs so never heard anything, the wet room shower didn’t flow away fully so floor was wet Would stay again though

Staff were lovely, the room was very shabby, lighting terrible. We couldn't see to put up makeup. Staff were lovely. Beware they keep your security deposit for a few weeks! It may be i the T&C's but no one mentioned that when I paid it. Good location but the room itself could do with some TLC.

The welcome from the staff was amazing, wish I had got their names because it was a great start. I arrived soaked from the weather and room wasn't ready as I arrived early, they kindly hung the wet clothes on the radiator!! Room great, huge for the 4 of us, beds Uber comfy! Hotel clean Room lacked some amenities such as shower gel, tea and coffee We knew we were in a busy area, nightlife around us so we were prepared for a noisy night but it was particularly loud, better sound proofing would be an idea but as I say, we came knowing so it didn't affect us massively but you couldn't have had kids in that room, they wouldn't have slept But overall, staff great, rooms good, awesome location for the centre 😃

Great location for a group booking / celebration. Ava at reception was lovely, even gave us black balloons in the room, free of charge. Although some minor issues in the bathroom, didnt affect us really! SUPER COMFY BEDS! Will definetly stay here again!
