Being a big hotel with many rooms and not full, I recommend giving rooms not one beside another room where other guests stay, because then the sound of doors, and people talking and moving can disturb each other, like happened in our case. So if there is an empty room in between two guests, it can guarantee a quiet sleep for everyone. And it's a very easy check for the reception desk. Thank you

The hotel offers good service and is clean. There's a free shuttle to the airport. But there's one thing I need to address: the water heater isn't hot at all. (I've seen other reviews that have similar issues. I hope the owner will take care of this.) No slippers are provided in the room.

Room big, clean, modern, and very nice. Very near to Seven Eleven, super cheap mart, and Phuket Airport. But very far to Patong Beach (almost 2 hours).

Location very near to Phuket airport, and they have free airport transfer. Free shuttle to Nai Yang beach and strategic location near a coffee shop, 7-Eleven, food market, and beach. The room is big and very clean. The rooftop swimming pool and the restaurant are very good. Hotel staff very helpful. I really enjoy staying in this hotel. All services were good. Good service, clean room, family room, can sleep 4-5 people, opposite the airport, 5 minutes to and from.

Nice hotel close to the airport and free airport shuttle bus. The room was big and clean. Excellent for families with children. Everything is new, perfect cleanliness. Quiet. The room has a kettle, tea, and coffee. There is a cool pool and restaurant on the roof. Very close to restaurants and about 7 minutes to the beach.

Walking distance from the airport to the hotel, only 8 minutes! The room was quite big and super clean. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. They provided airport pick up service as well. There are many restaurants, cafes, CVS around the hotel. For Muslim travellers, don't worry, there are many halal food options around the hotel and the sellers are Muslim as well. So if you are considering to stay around the airport, this is one of the best options!
