Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms very comfortable and always a good price

We had a lovely room, plenty of space beautiful bathroom which was very cosy. We had a couple of drinks delivered to our room at a reasonable price. Breakfast was a buffet which was very fresh and hot dishes regularly replenished. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely go again.

Friendly hotel. Bathrooms have been renovated but other furniture a little dated. Fresh milk to make tea and biscuits in the room would have been the right addition at this price point.

Beautiful newly refurbished room. Central to walk around all the local sites. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly staff.

Lovely welcome at Reception on arrival, we were upgraded to newly refurbished rooms. What a treat! comfortable spotless room. Comfy beds, large smart TV, lovely toiletries. Breakfast was delicious, great choice of hot food from the buffet and lots of fruit, cereal, yogurt etc. The staff are a credit to the hotel, helpful, professional and clearly work very hard. Thanks for a great stay. Definitely will return.

Nice hotel beds are a little too hard for our liking but that is subjective to everyone. Breakfast was luke warm at best so a little disappointed, overall a pleasant stay.

I like that the owner of the hotel is working front desk along with his staff and overseeing hotel operations personally. The property is recently built so everything is brand new. The rooms are comfortable and have all necessary basics. The breakfast was included and had a good variety of choices. Location is also perfect. It’s right at the beginning of the main road, walking distance to the town restaurants and shops.

I like the thoughtful design and essential provision in the room - plenty of sockets, a full length mirror, two options of bedside light - all in the right places and quality material. Good shower flow too. The room temperature is nice and warm. Cleanliness is a good feature throughout. I also enjoy the single size dinning table, not too big and not too small. Good breakfast. Nice staff. I paid £76 for a single bed room. Given a free upgrade to a small double bed room. It was a nice winter day with light snow overnight. For all that I've enjoyed I think I've got my money worth.

The room, breakfast, staff and location were all wonderful. Our only nuisance was the extra loud guests until all hours of the night running, crying, slamming doors, yelling etc.

Absolutely perfect. Beautifully appointed, newly refurbished room. Quite clearly much thought has gone into fixtures and fittings. We were so delighted and impressed with everything, the welcome, the staff, the bedroom, the breakfast. Will definitely return and will definitely recommend.

The hotel is fabulous and is situated in a good location with free parking.The breakfast, the room and general cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and staff were very nice.Highly recommended.

The only two things i did not like was 1 the bead was so hard i could have been on the floor and though there was the facility to get a drink at night through the evening manager that closed at ten when he left

Another fabulous stay at Westlands Hotel. Rooms are spotless, buffet breakfast excellent. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Pitlochry

Staff were kind, courteous & helpful

The staff at westlands were very nice,and hard working, same staff at the Bridge resturant, nice meal, pity the staff in some other establishments wernt so welcoming.
