Room was clean and large. Had a record player in the room and a record library on the 4th floor. Large bathtub and rain shower. Wonderful location if you are going to a performance at The Opera House.

The staff here is very friendly. They let me check into my room when I arrived early around 1130 am. Most hotels wouldn't be anywhere close to having the rooms ready at that early hour. I like that there are refillable glass bottles in the rooms, and the water stations in the hall are great, with bar taps and sparkling water as well. Also the Nespresso coffee machines and record players in the rooms are a unique touch. Bathrooms are good size with a large glass and tile shower. The only downside to this hotel is the corner where it is located can be noisy with the street car going by.

Staff was polite and helpful with check-in. Room was immaculate on arrival and had some nice comfort features. Renovations were underway, but it was not disruptive. Great views and an excellent meal at the rooftop restaurant. Looking forward to staying again!

Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood. Very walkable and lots of cafes and restaurants. Beds were comfy.

It is a lovely property and staff were very nice. I had a corner room though and the door was less than two feet from another rooms door on the corner. Every time their door was closed my door rattled loudly. I wouldn’t stay in a corner room again.

While the property and service at The Broadview Hotel was first class in every way… I was extremely disappointed with EXPEDIA… After months of booking our stay on Dec 30th for a wedding of my best friends daughter at the venue, receiving emails telling me that “due to un-expected changes to EXPEDIA inventory this weekend we are, regrettably, un-able to accommodate all reservations, We have secured accommodations for you at the Gladstone House, 1214 Queen Street West. This was unacceptable.. after calling the hotel directly we managed to attend the wedding and had a wonderful time.. very disappointed after booking thru EXPEDIA many times for our stay!!! Will we use EXPEDIA .. time will tell..

Nice place to stay. Great rooftop bar and restaurant.

Room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. Tv controller did not work but controllers were available at the front desk. Will be back again! 🙂

No coffee available in lobby at checkout. No parking spots available on arrival. Got charged for a fictitious mini bar purchase. But the room was comfortable…
