Our original room had issues with the heating and we were offered a larger and a smaller room where the heating was working. We chose the smaller room as it was newer and provided a more comfortable space. The room was lacking in many areas including comfort of the bed, appropriate toilet roll holder instead of using the sink. The maid service was limited. We expected that they would clean the floors, but that was not done. Overall I would never return.

This hotel charges the same as, or more than, a 3-star hotel but feels more like a hostel. The room and toilet were extremely small, made worse by a sloping ceiling. Soundproofing was awful—I could hear every step in the corridors and upstairs, with guests coming in at 1 a.m. and leaving at 6 a.m. as if they were inside the room. The property looks nothing like the photos. Not recommended for light sleepers.

Breakfast too basic

Room was dirty with debris of biscuit which wasn't from us. It was as though it wasn't cleaned after the previous guest. Even when we requested for the room to be serviced on one of the days we were out, we came back to just the bin liner changed while everything else remained the same. The fire alarm kept going off at intervals without any cause to the point of going off at 3am in the morning disturbing everyone's sleep aftet a stressful day.. Not coming back Fore

The staff was amazing! Having to change where you stay in the middle of a trip is extremely stressful. The staff went above and beyond to make the change as smooth as possible. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I felt like I was at home. Would definitely stay with them again! Thank you so much!

Too small and too much noise

From the moment I arrived, the location of the property felt unsafe and unwelcoming. The first room I was assigned had a strong foul odor, and I had to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also disappointing as it was very small, noisy, and the walls were paper thin, making it impossible to get proper rest. The breakfast offered was not as advertised and was unhealthy. While Mohammad from the staff was polite and helpful, Rodney was unprofessional and rude when I asked for assistance. Overall, my experience at this property was extremely unsatisfactory and not reflective of what was promised. Given the poor conditions and lack of comfort during my stay, I am requesting a refund of at least 50% of the amount I paid. I genuinely regret not choosing a proper hotel for this trip. DO NOT STAY A THIS PLACE!

The gym they advertise saying they have are some free weights and a bench in their laundry room!!!

The room was fairly clean, shower was a lil dirty and seemed to backup. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed wasn't too comfy, we both left with our backs hurting. Bed extremely squeeky...just to sit down and get back up. In all fairness, we had a fairly pleasant stay, thank you

Bathroom hadn't been cleaned, poo down the toilet and dirty towels at the bottom of the shower. Springs in bed jutting into our backs overnight and the room was too hot. Sadly, we don't recommend.

The apart hotel is a budget friendly no frills hotel. Checking in was made online and checkout was all done electronically. Breakfast area was clean, basic but had a reasonable selection of continental breakfast items. The studio room we had was a modern comfortable with a kitchenette and toilet/shower room. Other features include a hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a fan. Sadly what let our stay down was that there was no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot. Even opening the window and putting the fan on didn’t make any difference. The fan was very noisy so couldn’t use it overnight to keep cool.

We were in a new section. There was lots of issues. The fire alarm went off at 3:10am. There was no one on site to help. Tried calling the phone number which went to answer phone. No fire information in rooms. I ended up calling 911. Next morning the issue was brushed off and they were trying to blame others rather than taking ownership of the issues. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room needed minor maintenance but was usable. The staff was responsive to concerns about the room. The finishes are not high quality but the room was clean and functional. The street the hotel is located on is fine and seems to be mostly residential. The nearby area with shops and restaurants was littered and dirty. It was close to bus stops and walking distance to East Croydon station which is convenient. The breakfast was pastries, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. The laundry facilities were inconvenient to use. The room did not have a toaster, just a hob, microwave and mini fridge. There was an oven and toasters in the breakfast room but that was not always available. Choose the full apartment if you want to cook.

This accommodation was more than what I expected. It had all the facilities necessary to ensure a good stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I was near enough for relatives to visit and had a good, comfortable stay.
