Very friendly staff. Nice clean room and big bathroom.

The water was hot but the shower rail was coming off the wall. The room is tiny and very hot, this wasn't helped by the plastic covered pillows. It was an effort to get in as ghe door to the room stuck badly. There was an efficient but not a warm welcome and please read the small print as breakfast is only toast, cereal and pastries.

Lovely little room, only stayed one night, bed was comfy coffee and tea in room, bathroom was small but had everything you need. Only thing I would suggest is aircon, but given it's not a necessity considering the UK

Nice clean hotel. My double room was clean and comfortable and was equipped with tea & coffee making equipment along with a decent TV and en-suite shower. The restaurant / bar areas looked nice and the bar well stocked and had three ales on hand pumps. There was an also pleasant outside seating area and the car park was secured overnight. The manager Nathan (Nat) was very welcoming and all the staff seemed friendly enough. All in all I had a pleasant overnight stay with complimentary continental breakfast in the morning.

Very clean, tidy and comfortable room. The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were very well portioned and absolutely delicious. I would certainly stay there again.

Great staff, good breakfast

The check in experience was good with the young guy actually showing me to my room. The room was clean enough but the heating wasn't very good,only one radiator which inky ever got luke warm. The hotel and room was generally tatty. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Headrest was detached from the wall bed was horribly lumpy, shelve was broken and the tv didnt have any channels.

Staff were awesome very helpful and I got a great arrival brief and shown to my room. The food was outstanding and great selection of ales and other drinks at bar. I would stay here again. Top Notch 👍

Stayed here a few times , very convenient when working in the area. Pleasant staff, comfortable and reasonable spacious room. All you need for a work stay.

The hotel is in South Derby convenient for the A52 and about 3 miles to the city centre. Free Parking is on site and is locked overnight. There is a Lidel and Tesco within 200m of the hotel. Checkin was prompt and we were allocated a room at the back as requested which was quiet. The room was quite tight with little storage space no desk, limited surfaces to put anything ,with a double bed that was comfortable enough. The bathroom was bit more spacious but in need of updating. A good sized continental breakfast in the morning with hot croissants, toast and fresh coffee; cooked breakfast was available but as an extra charge. In our opinion this is good 2 Star hotel.

Great Stop over for BSB at Donington Park. Lovely staff and pleasant. Food is good and service is good.

Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Bed was very comfortable

The room I was allocated was sub standard. The bathroom was an old avocado suite style with rusty plugs and was damp. Lack of plug sockets close to a mirror made it hard to get ready in the morning. Very thin walls - I could hear my neighbours every move. Ridiculously hot as well despite the window being open and fan going. Very disappointing.
