RESERVEI 4 APARTAMENTOS PARA 4 DIÁRIAS CADA, ESPECIFICAMENTE O APARTAMENTO EM QUE EU FIQUEI A PORTA DO BANHEIRO NÃO FECHAVA, RECLAMEI TODOS OS DIAS NA RECEPÇÃO E SEMPRE DIZIAM QUE IAM AJEITAR E NÃO AJEITARAM, A TV DE 3 APARTAMENTOS NÃO FUNCIONAVA, SÓ FICAVA NA TELA PRETA SEM SINAL E FOI A MESMA COISA, NÃO FOI RESOLVIDO, O PESSOAL É MUITO SIMPÁTICO E SOLÍCITO, O APARTAMENTO PARECIA BEM LIMPO E A ROUPA DE CAMA ERA CHEIROSA, O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É BASTANTE VARIADO, O QUARTO É MUITO PEQUENO MAS É PADRÃO IBIS, O ESTACIONAMENTO É EXCELENTE E O HOTEL ESTÁ LOCALIZADO NAS PROXIMIDADES DO CENTRO DE EVENTOS E ESTE FOI O MOTIVO PELO QUAL O ESCOLHI. RESERVARIA DE NOVO.

Limited toiletries available, needs some bilingual staff for foreign visitors.

Ibis hotel is very well located for business, near the event center, the airport and the shopping centers. It has taxi all the time and uber is easy. The room is small but enough. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is open until 10pm. The maintenance is a challenge that nedds attention. It was a great stay and I will be back.

Beds were not clean. Staff was nice, food was good. Far from everything. Toilet seat was broken. Rooms were small. No amenities in hotel. Wound up checking out 2 days earlier.

Como todos hotéis da rede, atende ao propósito de custo benefício: Bom chuveiro, cama confortável, infra estrutura suficiente para uma ou duas noites em uma eventual viagem de negócios. Para quem só estará na propriedade para dormir como eu, acho difícil achar um melhor custo benefício.

Short stay. Nothing to complain. I stayed in this hotel for some hours due to a long flight connection. Room and overall service was satisfactory and I would stay there again in similar situations.

Taxa exorbitante para café da manhã. Wi-Fi só funcionou no primeiro dia. Elevadores com problemas. Tv no quarto do tempo que o Brasil ganhou a primeira copa e além disso sem conexão com streamings. O único ponto positivo é a localização para quem quer ir para o centro de eventos e também a limpeza.

Equipe bem atenciosa, quarto confortável mas pequeno, sem local para guardar roupas, chuveiro maravilhoso com ótima pressão, café fica devendo muito, sem muitas opções de bebidas mas principalmente sem opção de alimentação sem glúten, carboidratos e lactose!

O cardápio é bom.

Hotel limpo e confortável. Boa localização. Padrão íbis.

Péssimo quarto, sujo e sem chuveiro quente.

A estadia foi ótima. A única ressalva é que falta o aviso de sinalização na porta dos apto para arrumar ou não os quartos.
